"It’s a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants."

"My room didn’t have the TV Remote so i couldn’t use the TV"

"Todo bien "

"There was no WiFi. Alerted the staff but they weren't any help. Otherwise a really nice space"

"Very cozy. Not recommended for more than 2 adults. It’s nice the bathroom has so many new features but the door doesn’t close."

"Un poco complicado hacer el check in pero aparte de eso todo bien, la habitacion muy comoda y limpia"

"Very communicative and helpful staff! Quiet, nice neighborhood. The shared kitchen was a convenient nice bonus. Will come back again."

"Fue muy mala experiencia el cuarto estaba sucio En la mañana las personas mexicanas que hacían el aseo conversaban muy muy fuerte hacían mucho ruido chocando la aspiradora por todos lados y la cama muy incomoda "

There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed. We had the WiFi box but zero cords, so not great if you need it to do any work. The walls are...

"Beautiful property to stay at. Loved that they had some toys for my son to play with while we were there. They had board games as well. The mini split system in the kitchen and living room did lag quite a bit. We had to “turn off” the unit multiple times before it would actually turn off."
