    This bright, airy open-concept space has a single bedroom, with a King sized bed and a futon bed in the separate den space. The condo is large enough to host 3 guests at a time. The King bedroom has stunning city views and plenty of natural light. There is a large walk-in closet, fresh linens, and fluffy bath towels.



    The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer combo, oven with stove-top cooking surface, and microwave oven. There's plenty of cupboard space to house all your snacks, and lots of countertop room for prepping meals. Featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table with space for 4. Plus, just off the living room, you'll find sliding doors to the private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee.



    The living room boasts large floor-to-ceiling windows allowing natural light to flood the space. It has a smart TV and the whole condo has high speed internet service. The separate den space has a laptop friendly workstation, as well as a futon sofa bed. There's even in suite laundry machines.



    Station Park is conveniently located in the hub of Downtown Kitchener’s artistic and cultural core. An epicentre of talent and diversity, the city boasts events and festivals throughout the year, along with its many permanent museums and galleries featuring local artists.     Parking rates vary by duration, time, and day:

    • Daytime parking: up to $10 on weekends and up to $20 on weekdays

    • 24-hour parking: approximately $30

    • Rates are managed by the parking operator and subject to change. The parking fee is to be paid directly to the operator.

    • Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

    • The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day. Disruption should be minimal.



    Parking:

    • There is on-site paid public parking available underneath the building between the two towers. Daily parking is typically around $30 per 24 hours, depending on duration and time/day. Rates are managed by the parking operator and subject to change. Please inquire for current details and parking pass options.



    House Rules

    1) Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

    2) Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

    3) Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

    4) Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

    5) Please note that you must return the fob at the end of your stay. A $125 replacement fee will apply if it is not returned.

    6) There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors.



    If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.

We had a great stay! The unit was spacious enough and served our needs perfectly. Was quite impressed with the host/property management who were very responsive and prompt anytime we messaged them with a question or issue. Other than the minor glitch sorting out the parking, it was the perfect venue. The minor glitch with the parking was certainly not nearly a big enough deal to prevent us from staying there again in the future.

Property is in a good location and is a good size and well laid out. The parking we found awkward because we our plat didnt seem to be entered so we ended up having to use the phone line provided to get the gate open each time which took a while.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay for Tournament Weekend! My daughter and I stayed at Union Towers during a volleyball tournament and it was a fantastic experience. The unit was clean, quiet, and well-equipped — having a full kitchen and in-suite washer and dryer made things so much easier during a busy weekend. The bed was super comfortable, and we loved the amazing views from the 10th floor — a great way to relax after long days at the tournament. The location was convenient, and the building felt safe and well-maintained. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great experience! We did not get the opportunity to walk downtown but I would recommend driving is possible. Parking and the building was 1000/10. Amenities and everything with the property was outstanding; although I wish the pool was open. The room was everything I needed and more. Will be returning at home point for sure!

Nice big clean modern space lots of amenities like bowling, billiards , swim spa. The unit is also wheel chair accessible with acessible outlets. Check-in and out was seamless and the always onsite concierge is nice. Only reason it's not 5 star is some maintenance issues that I'm sure can and will be corrected and I've messaged the owners separately. Last reason it's not a 5 star is it's a fairly noisey building. You can hear everything going in the hallway including the elevators loud beep. Even sometimes hearing neighbors within their unit.
