Cancellation Policy for Short-Term Rentals

If the deposit is not received your reservation will be cancelled. Damage deposits will be returned within 5 business days after check-out.

4. Damage Assessment: After your stay, our team will inspect the rental unit. In the event of any damages, charges will be deducted from the deposit to cover the cost of repairs or replacements as necessary.
