"Overall I can say it was worth the price. The Communication with Katsuo-san was perfect and he was perfectly nice. The Apartment itself was clean and just fitted our purposes - though it could need some maintenance. Here and there are small damages (like the handle of the fridge was broken off and some smaller stuff). "Great stay! The property manager/owner was very responsive to our questions. Although the house was further out of the city (Tokyo), the neighborhood was very quiet and walkable and within a 10 minute walk to a main train station. My only suggestion….place a sofa or seating in the room next to the kitchen and move the tv in the same room. Great stay overall! "
