Fantastic villa with a lovely location which is private but not too far away from all the amenities. The car that comes with the villa is absolutely ideal for getting around. Only negative I would say is how slippy the floor of the pool is which as you get into immediately turns into a slope. Fine for adults but please be careful if you have young children

though it would be in your interest to give you some feedback on the villa – apart from the deposit being returned, thank you, it may be a case of some form of refund. The write up and standard of Villa Odysseas is a million miles from the reality… apparently, we aren’t tie first to say so but I’m not sure if you have had the feedback… The write up and pictures on the website look lovely – the reality is very different. The villa is tired and unloved – a in places dangerous and grubby! The car in et write up is a complete opposite – we had a car that was old, grubby, scratched and very tight for 7 adults! It was a Peugeot and not what was advertised. When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner which we thought was quite nice. That’s where is stopped. We were also greeted by patio areas full of pigeon mess – not just a day. Not a great first impression.We ventured up the outside stair area that is probably not dsafe at all – creaky and in places quite wobbly. In one room the shower door didn’t closeIn another the sink cracked and tap drippingThe air con unit dripped and damaged the shelf/cupboardThe lounge just unkempt in areasGrouting and seals dirty and need replacing I would suggest I have attached some picture fort your reference – we will not be returning to the villa and owed it to you to give feedback and not put on the villa website at this point however do expect some form of response to te above points and pictures.

An amazing stay

We arrived late and had some trouble locating the keys, but a quick call to the property manager and they were soon found. There was some food in the fridge along with milk, beer and wine which was very welcome after a long journey. The villa was very warm on arrival, but we opened all the doors and it soon cooled down. Each room has its own bathroom, air conditioning and a remote control ceiling fan. We only used the air-con for a short time on the first night as the bedrooms were still hot, but didn't need it after that. We had the bedroom with the outside terrace and it was great opening the sliding doors in the morning and to be able to see the sea. The bedroom downstairs seemed to have problems with getting hot water to the shower or sink. Having a shower a bit later in the day was the answer. It took a while to work out the controls for the dishwasher, but it turned out to be very simple: just turn on the power and select ECO. There are lots of switches downstairs and we never did find out what all of them did. Labels would be a very useful addition. The pool is not heated and can feel a bit chilly when first entered, but this isn't a bad thing on hot days. We had dinner each evening sat outside and it's surprising that there are very few flying things to annoy you. You can sit there and watch the bats take a quick drink from the pool and geckos scampering about. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this villa and would be happy to use it again.

Lovely Villa in secluded position just as advertised. One or two small things like broken towel rail, and loose toilet seat need fixing but overall a nice place to stay. Having a car included was a great idea too.

Wonderful Stay!

The property was exactly as described and so spacious, the outside area was perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner and the use of the BBQ was great. The pool was perfect on hot days. George was the excellent host, there was a welcome pack on arrival including milk etc and the use of the car added to the holiday. We were sad to leave.

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten wunderschöne zwei Wochen in der Villa Odysseas. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war vor der Anreise schon perfekt. Jeder hatte sein eigenes en suite Bad. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und der Pool war das Beste. Wir haben ihn jeden Tag genossen. Ohne Auto wäre es aber leider nicht gegangenen, dafür waren die Wege zu Restaurants, Meer u.s.w. zu lang.

Everything was how the Villa was asdvertised, we loved the location, we1 loved the quite, the fruit trees and having the right to pick our own with Georges blessing, the car was a great and we travelling a lot around the area .

Amazing Villa

We stayed here with 4 teenagers and we loved the villa, the pool and the balcony was really luxurious. Wonderful hosts and very accommodating when we were leaving. Tonnes to do in the area.

Lovely holiday

Only 2 minor niggles. The property could do with a little tlc: touching up the paint work, a deep clean and some of the outside furniture replaced. A bit slow to sort out an electrical issue but that's the manyana thing. That said having a car was excellent and we had a lovely time. The location of the villa is excellent so peaceful but everything near by.

1 Woche Entspannungsurlaub im November

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schon vor Anreise ausgezeichnet. Wir wurden umfassend betreut und informiert. Durch Empfehlung eines freundlichen Mitarbeiter der Agentur wurden wir Mitten in der Nacht vom Taxifahrer Andreas am Flughafen abgeholt. Seinen Service nutzten wir mehrfach für Erkundungstouren, obwohl an der Villa ein Fahrzeug (inklusive) zur Verfügung stand. Auch der Vermieter George war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten für November ungewöhnlich traumhaftes Wetter bei Höchsttemperaturen von 25-28C°. Die Villa war für uns perfekt, in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit vielen Obstplantagen. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Lediglich die Küchenutensilien wie Tassen, Teller und Gläser waren etwas knapp und könnten mal erneuert bzw. erweitert werden, so dass es für 8 Personen reicht. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Villa sehr weiterempfehlen.

Lovely villa, very peaceful with everything you need for a great stay!

2 families stayed at Villa Odysseas during May half term for 6 nights. A great find, this villa is beautiful, located towards the mountain outside of Paphos (15 mins taxi), its remote, surrounded by fruit orchards. Sits between 2 small villages Tala and Kissonegra - both are walking distance but very hilly, so hard for those less able to walk far. What is shown in the pictures is really what you get - 4 good sized bedrooms, all with ensuite, lovely views, open plan living/kitchen area with all the amenities needed and having a car thrown in is an absolute result and definitely needed as its so remote. The pool is lovely, quite deep but lots of sun and a bit of shade as the day goes on. George (the owner) is great, he pops over most days to check the pool and is on hand to help if needed with anything. We also used the BBQ (gas) a good few times. Would definitely consider booking again in the future.
