Kissimmee 2025

We loved staying at this location. We had a few hiccups but they were taken care of super fast. The house had a water view with lots of birds to watch. We were there for an extended period and we have already booked it for next year! First time working PRV and they were top notch!

Organized owner with details and property was well maintained. The TVs were a little wonky for us to operate in the bedrooms as they had multiple tv remotes for each one. Pool and hot tub were nice and access was easy and owners were accommodating and responsive.

HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN AND NICE

The house is really nice and clean. Only real complaint is all the mattresses. The master bedroom mattress was the worst. We are very thankful we only had to sleep in them two nights. But other than that our stay was great.

Family get away

The stay was great quiet and peaceful. The only thing I did not like was they did not have any face wash cloths and no baking pan most things you need for cooking. They did not have any toiletries are hand towels. Other than that the state was wonderful.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay here and we will be back soon, the tv didn’t work but it was working after 3 calls to the rental place and as soon as the children got in the pool the came to do a treatment but beside that they enjoyed themselves

It was decent.

I really chose this place because of the fact it had a hot tub and swimming pool. But the hot tub didn't work so it wouldn't get hot or even warm. There was very poor communication with the owners about it. Overall it was a nice house. Would have preferred that they mad sure everything was up and working knowing a family was coming to stay soon for a week.

Great property at a great location but needs TLC...

This is a great house, near the Disney parks and Disney Springs but needs some TLC. Patio furniture was old and dirty, mattresses were noisy but overall a great, spacious house. We had an incident with the pool during our stay as it was very dirty when we checked in. I informed the property manager and the next day we had someone taking care of it but unfortunately the problem was not solved and we couldn't use the pool during our stay. It was nasty. I informed the property manager the day before we left again without asking for anything in return but I did not even receive a "thank you" back. Overall, great house, needing TLC and make sure the pool is working Ok before you book.

Ok stay

Overall house was nice, but blinds throughout the house were broken and missing pieces, felt people could see us at night. The upstairs shower in hallway kept getting backed up with water, took hours to drain out. The washer machine didn’t work. The bed spread for one of the twin beds down stairs were not cleaned(something white on them). I also wished that there was more light out over the pool so that we could’ve enjoyed the pool at night. But the house was large enough to accommodate us. Just need a little more tender care.

Plan B when Disney Cancelled July Cruises!

We were super thankful to find a reasonably-priced house for 10 people in the Orlando area on short notice when our Disney cruise got cancelled in late April! This house had everything we needed while we explored Kennedy Space Center and relaxed in the Florida sun. We did find that the listing on VRBO is not completely accurate, however, and the home is in need of some repairs and updates: Several of the vertical blinds are broken, and several light bulbs need replacing. The carpets were clean but have some stains. We did not turn on any heaters to the pool as that would have incurred extra charges, but we also could not make the pool lights work. There is no longer a PlayStation console in the home, and according to management, there hasn't been for years. And while there are TVs in each bedroom and the living room, several remotes had dead or missing batteries, and at least one TV needed to have the channel list reset. Management came right away to resolve the TV issues but seemed irritated that we inquired about them. We did notice some pest issues in two of the bedrooms, but that may be a seasonal issue that all Orlando homes have. And finally, there was a request to start a load of sheets and towels prior to check-out, but there was no laundry detergent provided. (We bought some to do our own laundry, so we went ahead and did most of the linens as well and then left the rest of the detergent.) Overall, this was a comfortable and clean place to stay, and we did not have any major issues that affected the enjoyment of our redesigned vacation. The rules are pretty strict, so read the binder carefully! Management will come help if needed, but it might be easier to leave a "punch list" at check-out rather than bother them.

Although we only stayed for a short weekend, my entire family had an amazing time. The neighborhood is in a great location, it’s quiet, and close to stores and theme parks! Would definitely book here again

Excellent Family Vacation! Great Property

We had 7 of us at this house and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is great, rooms were all clean and we all loved the pool. The location is perfect, only a short distance to any activity you could possibly want. If you are thinking about having the pool heated I would strongly suggest you start the heat on day one and shut if off after a day or two. The pool gets pretty warm after a couple of days. The property management team is very responsive. We all appreciated that! The entire family had such a great time we cannot wait to come back again and stay here. Thanks for helping us have a great vacation!

Paradise

Beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 bath home overlooking a pond with lighted fountain right out the back door. A nice quiet gated community. Has a nice paved walking trail around one of the ponds. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our 3 week stay. Stewart the property manager was great and replied quickly to all our questions. The heated pool and hot tub were nice and warm and there were plenty of chairs on the large pool deck with covered lanai and even an outdoor shower and bathroom off the pool deck. Excellent experience, we would definitely rent again.

Fabulous location and very modern villa

We always stay on Cumbrian lakes but this property has been our favourite. Fabulous lake side view.. perfect for the sun all day and Eve.. hot tub and pool heat so warm we had to turn it off! modern facilities inside and out. The location is perfect and it always feels safe with it being a gated community. Agents were helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend and we will return.
