Heatherlake Villa was a great find! Check in was easy. Inside it was spacious, updated and stylishly designed. Beds were very comfortable. The theater room is impressive. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The pool was very clean, with a nice water view and surprisingly quiet. The host was also very kind. We would stay again.

Mecum Auto trip

Great house! Wish we could have enjoyed the pool but the weather didn’t cooperate…..rented the house to attend the Mecum Auto Auction……worked out great! Would definitely stay here again in the future!!!

Stay Away This House!

It is worth remembering that when I rented the house, it belonged to another owner and he really cared about the house. Upon arrival, we found the house dirty with construction dust, a very strong smell of cigarettes, and a completely dirty bathroom. The house has no lights outside the pool, the heat is controlled by a neighbor who comes and turns it on and off whenever he wants because the owner refuses to give the code, the house has cameras outside where he monitors everything, so zero privacy. It was so stressful staying in this house that we decided to give it back to him; my family left a day early and I left with 2. And before Mr. Onyeka comes to talk to me about extra people, everything was duly paid for! If you want a good vacation, don't rent this place!

Very nice house and lovely neighbors

The house is lovely. Kitchen is very well stocked. Great location for the attractions we visited. Be advised that traffic in this area can be overwhelming depending on what you are used to. The Orlando area is expanding. Lovely the living room furniture. So nice to enjoy the beautiful pool. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home with amazing pool!

We stayed here in Aug 2023 and had such an amazing time that we ended up extending our stay by a few more days! The home was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The backyard/pool is what stole the show! It was an absolute treat to be able to enjoy a warm gas-heated pool almost every night, especially after coming home from a long day at the parks. This house was so pet friendly as well with its retractable backyard gate - our dog enjoyed sun-bathing and chasing the geckos. We absolutely recommend this home and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Very nice home

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay in Feb. This home is located in a quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbours. Living area is comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. Theresa was always prompt to answer any questions although instructions on site were excellent and everything was working fine. We spent our time enjoying the large, heated pool and lanai. The canal view with wildlife was entertaining and backyard felt very private. We appreciated being able to bring our little dog. She exhausted herself daily chasing geckos. Would definitely recommend this lovely home. Thankyou Theresa for your hospitality.

Love This House!

Even Hurricane Ian couldn't ruin this vacation! This house is great for relaxing but is 10 miles from the parks. Lots of good restaurants and shopping. Thanks to Theresa for all of her help!

Cool and quiet

This property was perfect for my family. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, which was important to us as my youngest goes to bed early. The house kept cool the entire stay, which was another huge hit for us. The pool was a perfect temp and the patio area was clean and had plenty of shaded seating areas. We went to the Disney parks during our stay and it took about 30 minutes to get to and from. Theresa was very quick about responding to any questions I had. We will definitely be staying at this house again in the future!

Great Villa for young and old

We don't do the parks much these days but why should we? We found Heatherlake to be a peaceful and tranquil spot. Very clean kitchwn well stocked with appliances and every utensil you would ever need! Theresa the host was ever obliging and just left us to enjoy ourselves, but always there if needed. I can thoroughly recommend Heatherlake to all age groups as you have the parks, Disney etc. on your doorstep and Kennedy Space Center a mere 45minutes drive as well as all the other attractions that Kissimmee has to offer.

We are returning.

This property has everything we needed for our four week stay. The close proximity of both Walmart and Publics make for easy shopping and the house is a short drive from a multitude of various restaurants on the 192. The house was spotless on arrival is comfortable, well equipped and with adjustable seats in the lounge area, perfect for a brief nap. The outside area was ideal with a shady sitting area, with a ceiling fan and a built in barbecue, sublime for outside living. The owner was very accommodating with our request for a late checkout and the management company, Gary, corrected a minor issue in a matter of minutes, we could not ask for better service. The wildlife living in and around the pond at the rear of the house was enticing and watching the osprey fish and the various wading birds was joyful. All in a wonderful and pleasant location, so much so we intend to return next year.

Fantastic place for our winter get away!

We couldn't have selected a nicer placer to stay. The home was move in ready and very well maintained. The location was perfect; close enough to the attractions, but far enough away that we could relax and enjoy the pool and the lake behind the house. The homeowners were very quick to respond to any questions that we had. It was the perfect get away after being sheltered in for the last year. We look forward to returning to Florida and will definitely stay here again.

Long Weekend in Orlando

The property is entirely as described. Spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Orlando is a large and growing place so plan for some distance and time to get around. We will stay here again should the opportunity occur.

Wonderful home

The house was very clean and had comfortable furniture and beds. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and not too far from Disney. Theresa was great! One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in!
