We loved the layout of the house, decor, and location. This neighborhood we have stayed at twice before at other houses and it is one of my preferred locations - close to restaurants and right in between Disney and Universal. They provide alot of books, games, activities for their guests.Unfortunately we had some issues the moment we arrived at this property though. I realize the owners do not live locally and are 100% relying on their management company and cleaning crew so I cannot completely hold this against the owners but with the pictures I provided, I hope that they will hold them to higher standards.When unpacking, we noticed ants in the upstairs master bathroom. They were all over the counters, bathtub, shower, etc. The longer we stayed, we saw them in the dresser drawers on our clothes, belongings we had on top of the dresser, and my son noticed one crawling on his bed. 2 other guests that stayed in the downstairs rooms said they also noticed the ants. Our second day, I went to Publix and on the 3rd day I cooked breakfast. A plate of what was leftover was left on the counter and this was the reason I was told by the owner per their management company why there were ants (even though they were present prior). Whether food is on the counter or in the trash, it is still in the house so I shouldnt have to take every piece of food to the dumpster bin outside that we open.
