Hot tub and pool didn’t start working until 3 days before we checked out , house is nice but very outdated , pots and pans are very old , laundry is in the garage looks like they never clean around it very dirty , microwave could need a replacement, mattresses are old I could feel the springs now very comfortable, management was very unpleasant to speak took , on top of that they wanted to charge me extra for stuff that was already broken good thing I took pictures and videos once I arrived to the house , also wanted to blame me for stain in carpet when the carpet has many stains around the house I also took pictures off , the owner always responded to my messages that I’ll give her a 5 start but she has bad property management for her house so I don’t blame her for the house condition. The good thing about the house it’s very spacious for a family of 10

We enjoyed the home and it’s location The beds are very uncomfortable I had to go buy a topper so I could stand the king bed downstairs and my niece chose to sleep on the sofa cause the twin beds were too hard and felt like springs poking through the hot tub worked great for three days then wouldn’t bubble and the property mngr told me twice to remove a cap that would not come off… other than that it was a very nice home.

First thing the host was great to speak with for questions and answered quickly. House had all amenities you can ask for spacious clean and game room and private pool. I was there for 6 nights with my family and will definitely be going back. Also close to parks and other fun things for families to do.

How was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay only issue I would have is no toiletries such as paper towels, and toilet paper first Vrbo I’ve stayed at that I had to buy this other than that was a wonderful stay and would stay definitely stay again.

Great house. Nice pool. Mattress's definitely needed to be updated. Queen mattress the worst. Tiny baby spiders are ridiculous. I read reviews and I should have asked if problem had been solved. If they think that the issue is because patio door is left open you should replace patio door because it will give you a hernia trying to shut it. Otherwise great house. I have bites everywhere

Family Vacation 2025

It was a wonderful neighbourhood and a lovely house. We had an issue with the dishwasher the first day and we contacted the property manager and due to some scheduling delay the issue could not be resolved. We also were disappointed that there was no BBQ available as stated in the house description. Overall we had a wonderful time and we would definitely book again!

Great location but cleanliness/mold concerning

We loved the layout of the house, decor, and location. This neighborhood we have stayed at twice before at other houses and it is one of my preferred locations - close to restaurants and right in between Disney and Universal. They provide alot of books, games, activities for their guests.Unfortunately we had some issues the moment we arrived at this property though. I realize the owners do not live locally and are 100% relying on their management company and cleaning crew so I cannot completely hold this against the owners but with the pictures I provided, I hope that they will hold them to higher standards.When unpacking, we noticed ants in the upstairs master bathroom. They were all over the counters, bathtub, shower, etc. The longer we stayed, we saw them in the dresser drawers on our clothes, belongings we had on top of the dresser, and my son noticed one crawling on his bed. 2 other guests that stayed in the downstairs rooms said they also noticed the ants. Our second day, I went to Publix and on the 3rd day I cooked breakfast. A plate of what was leftover was left on the counter and this was the reason I was told by the owner per their management company why there were ants (even though they were present prior). Whether food is on the counter or in the trash, it is still in the house so I shouldnt have to take every piece of food to the dumpster bin outside that we open. It is also worth noting, we stayed in January and temperatures were between 37 and 55 so it was

Great stay!

House in great location, approximately 25-30 minutes to Disney. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Great size with ample room for our family of 7. Loved the pool table! Would have loved to have been able to put the air conditioning below 75 degrees but multiple fans throughout house helped! Highly recommend!

Quiet Vacation location

The Hosts were fantastic, helping us with a few operational questions. Pool and spa were great after a day at the Parks. Quiet neighborhood only 5 miles from "the strip".

Unprofessional

Enjoyed the area and the house is a nice home. The air didn’t work properly, we could tell the moment we walked in. I messaged the owner upon check in, 4 days later, our last day, the issue was addressed and someone sent out, only to say they couldn’t fix it. Our entire stay the house was 80+ degrees. Then our last night, the hot tub wouldn’t work. We called and were told they would send someone the next day…property “manager” wouldn’t listen to us and insisted we had to pay separate for hot tub heat…which turned out to be false. The trash was spread in the yard and drive way from the raccoons that live right behind the house. We had to clean up every morning. The air filter was like one I had never seen ( my husband does this for a living) no wonder the house couldn’t circulate air. And on top of it, the separate air conditioner for the game room was also down the entire stay, so didn’t use that room. I asked the owners what we could work out, leaving the ball in their court to somehow validate our frustrations and I have been ignored. Most owners can OWN it and make it right!
