Step inside to a bright two-story entryway that opens into a welcoming main living area with soaring ceilings, a large sectional sofa, ceiling fan, and an oversized TV with Roku streaming. Triple sliding glass doors connect the living room directly to the screened lanai, making it easy to move between indoor relaxation and poolside fun.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, quick breakfasts before the parks, and easy group dining. Guests will find a refrigerator and freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, baking sheet, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, hot water kettle, and multiple coffee options including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, and French press. The breakfast bar provides extra seating for 6, while the dining table seats 8 - 10 and overlooks the pool area.

The private screened outdoor space is one of the home’s highlights. Enjoy the private pool, hot tub, charcoal grill, covered patio, outdoor dining area, outdoor lounge seating, outdoor shower, mosquito screen enclosure, and peaceful waterfront/lake views. This property backs up to a nature conservatory providing privacy and the possibility of seeing many types of birds, deer, and other wildlife. The patio also includes family-friendly outdoor fun like a life-size Connect Four game and pool basketball hoop.

Guests will also love the separate superhero-inspired game room with foosball table, dartboard, wall games, TV, and comfortable seating. It is a great hangout spot for kids, teens, and adults after a full day at the parks.

Bedroom 1 (Second floor): King bed, TV, ceiling fan, dedicated workspace, walk-in closets, and spacious ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub, and separate shower.

Bedroom 2 (Main floor): King bed with TV, dresser, closet, ceiling fan, and direct access to the pool/patio area, and an ensuite full bath.

Bedroom 3 (Second floor): Queen bed with Moana inspired theme, TV, dresser, closet, and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 4 (Second floor): Super Mario-themed bunk room with bunk beds, great for kids.

Bedroom 5 (Main floor): Safari/Lion King-inspired twin room with two twin beds and playful themed decor, and an ensuite full bath.

Additional comforts include central air conditioning and heating, hot water, towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, hangers, hampers, clothing storage, smoke alarm, cleaning products, and free in-unit washer and dryer. There are also many baby items including a high chair, walker, pack n play, sit me up chair, and stroller.

Entry is through a private entrance with keypad access. The home includes free parking on premises in the garage and driveway, plus free street parking where permitted.

Pool, hot tub, charcoal grill, garage, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, Roku streaming devices, outdoor furniture, and all listed guest amenities are available for use during your stay.

We provide starter supplies such as toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic essentials to help you settle in.

These are starter items and may not last for your entire stay, especially for longer reservations or larger groups.

Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed from nearby grocery stores or pharmacies.
