Florida Adventure

Great holiday. House was perfect. Good location for all the sites of Orlando. Not far from supermarkets. The only thing we could say, is that a little welcome pack would have been great with some basics like milk, bread and jam just to help after a long flight. Apart from that everything was GREAT.

We arrived to a clean and welcoming house, we were tired upon arriving but everything was set up for our arrival. Home location is within a quiet neighborhood and was a welcome change to the parks atmosphere. WiFi, pool, were terrific and very much appreciated. Host was very responsive and would reply to questions right away. Thank you very much for preparing us a place , we enjoyed our vacation and will not hesitate to choose your place again.

Perfect location

The villa is set in a lovely location. Ideal for parks, shopping and relaxing. The villa is nice, but a bit “tired”, could do with a bit of an upgrade. The management company were great, they responded really quickly to a couple if issues. Would definitely recommend them again

Excellent villa

A great villa perfect for our family stay in Orlando. Distance to the parks was great as it also gave us space to be somewhere quiet and rest. The villa had everything we needed and any small issues we had were resolved quickly. Communication both before and during the stay was fantastic, extremely responsive and helpful. Thank you

Hidden gem here.

Everything at your fingertips. Grocery minutes away. Pizza delivery. Disney 25 minutes. Cocoa beech 1:25. Loved the stay! Pool was perfect for family with acceptation of maybe an access handle for disabled. loved it still. I would certainly visit again. It’s booked far out and this is why. You will not be disappointed booking with these folks.Tom.T. and Family.

Great stay

We loved the location of the property. Very close to Disney. It was great for what we needed. The pool could have been warmer. I paid for it to be heated and it was barely warm on some of the days we were there. The heater might need to be checked. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay.

Could not ask for more

I have nothing but positive things to say about the accommodation and experiences.The house is in a great location with access to all amenities and easy to get to the parks.My kids loved the decorations and my parents were stoked to have and evening game of pool. The hosts communication was excellent throughout. I hope we are in a position to return some day.

Excellent villa!

We had a wonderful stay in the villa, it was comfortable and relaxing and very spacious. We love Cumbrian Lakes, it’s our favourite location and this is the best villa we have stayed in! We enjoyed the facilities of the pool and the games room when not out at the Parks, which were an easy drive away. We saw lots of wildlife around the lake and woke up to a herd of deer just outside the pool screens one morning! I would love to stay in the villa next time we visit Florida, I hope it’s available!

The house was as expected. Clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a couple of minor issues that were dealt with very quickly, we didn’t spend much time in the villa. We had a big issue with ants in our last few days which meant we had to throw out a lot of food from the pantry. This was annoying and expensive. We have not experienced this before. The only other issue was the air con which wasn’t cold enough and would turn off at night making the bedrooms uncomfortably warm to sleep. Overall a great stay.

Great Home Away from Home

Check in was very easy and the villa was lovely and clean on arrival, with the exception of some of the dishes which had been put away in the cupboard still dirty and greasy but we quickly put this right with a thorough wash. The property has everything you need for a family with all age ranges. The only this that would have been nice would be to have proper sized cot sheets for the baby crib and travel cot rather having to try and substitute with a single bed sheet and a bath towel! One of the rings on the stove did not work which did make it difficult to cook for a large family of 10. The fault was reported but sadly not fixed so cooking was a struggle at times One of the huge bonus points to this house is the large fridge/freezer with the plumbed water supply and ice maker. No need to hump huge bottles of water from the supermarket back home and then take up the fridge space! We didn't use the games room at all but it did have plenty of options for young ones if required. The pool area was lovely with a lot of space and enough seating for everyone. The loungers and chairs could perhaps to with a little TLC as starting to look a little tired and tatty with cushions parting with their stuffing and indeed one of the loungers actually broke and was out of commission for our entire stay of 14 days. When contact was required with the hosts they were very quick to respond. All in all we had a really enjoyable stay with our family and would not hesitate to book again.

Great get away

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. South facing pool gives you sun the majority of the day. Large beautiful home gives you more than enough room to relax and feel right at home. Hosts were also very responsive to answer any questions we had leading up to and during our stay.
