This home did not meet expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or amenities, especially for the price of just two nights.I have attached photos of several areas of the home that appeared unclean and poorly maintained. There were visible stains on the mattress and bedding, stained pillows, and what appeared to be BLACK mold or heavy grime buildup on bathroom fixtures. The shower hardware and rod were visibly rusted and dirty, and multiple walls throughout the home had stains and marks that suggested they had not been properly cleaned or maintained.We also found damaged flooring with cracked tiles, which created both a maintenance concern and a potential safety issue. Additionally, parts of the property appeared to be used for storage or clutter, which made the space feel unprepared for guests.To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi did not work for the entire day and evening on Saturday, which covered the majority of our stay. Reliable Wi-Fi is a basic amenity that most guests reasonably expect when booking a vacation rental, especially at this price point. We were only provided 2 Wash rags for 5 guests and it is meant to sleep 8! NO sponge or soap.We expected a clean, well-maintained property with functioning amenities. Instead, the condition of the home and the lack of working Wi-Fi significantly impacted our stay with young kids. If the property and the issues with amenities been accurately represented, we would not have booked this property at this price.
