As you enter the three-floor villa of 120 sq.m., you find yourself in the ground floor, featuring a luxurious living room with all the contemporary comforts: comfortable sofas and armchairs, LCD TV with DVD player, a modern-designed fireplace, books and board games! Relax in the tranquil atmosphere that this space offers and take some short breaks of coolness in your private pool, directly accessed from the living room.

Practice your cooking skills in the modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances and enjoy the delicacies you have prepared, along with your family in the kitchen's dining area! Alternatively, you may choose to have dinner at the outdoor dining area next to the pool, with the unique setting of the sun hiding in the sea, in the background!
A spacious bathroom with shower serves this floor!

Upper Floor

On the upper floor, we find two bedrooms: the Master bedroom with king size bed and a second one also with king-size bed. The Master bedroom is equipped with super anatomic mattresses and pillows, promising restful summer naps and hours of relaxation! Two modern armchairs and a glass table at one corner create an artistic atmosphere!
The second bedroom on the same floor is also equipped with all the necessary facilities to offer the ultimate comfort! Both bedrooms give access to private balconies, so you can relax on your bed and get lost in the magical scene you see through your balcony doors, especially in the sunset!
The second floor is served by a spacious bathroom with an impressive circular bathtub, modern decoration and a blend of luxury!

Ground Floor

Descending to the ground floor, we find a second sitting area, as well as the third bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower! Both spaces are airy and full of light, offering a pleasant atmosphere to the guests who stay on this floor. Furthermore, a utility room fitted with a washing machine and iron with ironing board is an extra facility for even more comfort!

The entire villa has a central heating/cooling system with autonomous control in each room!
