"Someone put a lot of thought into building this as a studio apartment above another space. It was clean and cozy and decorated with musical instruments. There is a stereo that looks like someone walked out and forgot it, along with their CD collection, around 2005. That was a blast from the past, but not very useful. It would be great for an individual or couple, but there is only one bed, so I don't recommend this for a family. There were three air mattresses in a closet, but one was torn, and...

"We immediately booked a hotel after arriving because we did not feel comfortable staying at the property. The home had multiple large carpet stains, a welcome mat with caked-on dirt, a loud water feature running without water, sketchy-looking basement windows, and an unpleasant odor. My wife was in tears at the thought of staying there. The property felt unsettling from the moment we arrived and did not match the impression created by the listing photos."

"Nobody told us the House was as close to heavy Traffic I-405. The deck and the big Garden couldn’t be used.No toaster and no boiler were available from the beginning. The owner bought them next morning.Positives were the friendliness and the help of the owner Shawn."
