"An absolutely stunning little gem of a place. It’s as if a room from a very high end, boutique city hotel has been plucked out of a building and carefully placed down in beautiful, peaceful countryside. The decor is stylish and genuinely calming. The hosts have thought of everything - literally everything! I kept finding extras I didn’t expect to. Can’t praise this place enough!"

"Quaint cottage right in the centre of Sleaford. It was an excellent location for me to attend my cousin's birthday party. Whilst near the town centre, it is tucked away in a lane and is very quiet and I slept soundly. Sue provided a few essentials to get you started. The cottage is very well equipped for making your own meals. Great for a long or short stay. A good variety of places to eat out and major supermarkets just minutes away. "Breakfast is the problem. We were told that Sunday there is no breakfast, which is not written anywhere on the website; so we had to have - and pay for - breakfast somewhere else. Then, when we had breakfast the other days, we were asked to order the evening before (not written on Expedia as well) and what we were given was barely enough. We all had to spend extra money to reach a very minimum bearable breakfast - as we are people who were in Peterborough to work, not holiday."

"Nice room, with excellent bathroom. The outside needs tidying up and some painting, so we were initially concerned when we arrived, but the rooms were fine. Nice quiet location too. The cafe is shut due to staff illness, looks like has been for a while but the Two Flags cafe a mile down the road is excellent for all day breakfasts, especially if you like motorbikes."

"The Hotel is very good value for money. Great for an overnight stay. Rooms are clean although would benefit redecorating. Rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and a heated towel rail and free WiFi. Ample car parking. The Hotel lacks Bar/Restaurant but a Buffet style Breakfast is available. This looks much improved from my first stay. (I have stayed five times at this Hotel) There is now a Bistro menu in the evenings, I am looking forward to trying this on my next visit."
