"Der Empfang war herzlich und warm. Das Hotel liegt ruhig, angenehmes Bett und großes Badezimmer. Parkplätze im bewachten Hof, Preis-/Leistung super :)"

"No lift but staff assisted with my case. Dinner cooked to order so time to chat with other guests. Single room compact and very warm so needed fan which was provided. All staff very pleasant."

"Very nice location close to the harbour and ferry. Restaurant with an adequate menu for hotel guests only. Room has no airco but a fan instead."

"Fine for an overnight stay. Receptionist handed the key wordlessly, beds were not great and there was a bit of noise but not enough to do me sleeping. You get what you pay for etc!"

"Location and space for dog"

"When we arrived we were put on the 2nd floor but the lift wasn't working thankfully the staff carried our suitcases up, got to our room seemed ok .nice and warm but what we didn't realise at the time the heating had just gone off and later we found out it comes on full with no chance of turning it off and your can't open the windows. "Check-in was quick and efficient, and the room was clean and comfortable. Good parking and easy access to the centre and beachfront. Would stay again."

"This place is a gem. The owners are warm, welcoming and very helpful, and so are the rest of the staff. The place is reminiscent of the best of a traditional guest house, but with a modern clean feel. The amenities in the room were plentiful, and with the guests’ comfort in mind. The breakfast is generous and good. The hotel is...

"Everwas fine. Toilet was little small but ok. Staff helpful. Clean room."

"Staff were not very helpful or accommodating"

"Cuando llegue me dieron una habitación para discapacitados sin avisarme. Les pedí que me cambiaran y lo hicieron al siguiente día. Hubo también un error cuando cargaron el total de la reservación y aunque parece que regresaron ese monto a mi tarjeta, aún no lo veo reflejado. El hotel está lindo y el personal es amable pero honestamente esperaba más del hotel"

"Really comfortable bed. Super clean. Great for a couple of nights stay. Close to the University to meet up with our daughter. Would recommend the Beth Chatto Garden near by for a visit. "
