"We enjoyed every moment of our stay in the cottage. Michael and Terry are incredibly kind and put a lot of effort into helping their guests feel right at home. It rained a lot one night so the entire area lost power. We didn’t mind, it felt very cozy in the cottage listening to the rain. And they brought us candles and checked on us to make sure we were okay. Terry also gave us a tomato from their garden and eggs from their chickens for breakfast every morning and a personal tour of their gardens which was so enjoyable. The views are incredible and the location so close to Hana makes it much easier to explore the Road to Hana. We could take our time and avoid the crowds at all the sites because we were so close to a beautiful home base. There is fast and reliable WiFi but honestly we barely used it and instead enjoyed unplugging in this Hawaiian paradise. Pictures don’t do it justice, all the amenities were perfect for our needs. "Loved the bungalow but every time you pay with points you become less priority. I paid for ocean view and ment a lot to me and I’m pretty sure it was a partial view of the beach. I had 75% of my view was the next bungalow. When you pay with points, you become less of a important customer."

"My husband and I spent two weeks in Maui for his birthday and to get some R&R. Staying in Hana was at the top of our vacation list, and we spent quite a bit of time looking for top-notch lodging. This cottage was absolutely spectacular! The unobstructed views of the beach, the sounds of the surf, and the quiet neighborhood were beyond our expectations! We spent a lot of time on the lanai just watching the waves crash on the beach, reading our books, eating homemage meals.... it was so peaceful and restful. The ocean breezes were lovely and we were totally comfortable. We enjoyed the view so much that we never turned on the TV or our computers (thankfully). While the cottage is small, it is very well organized and the floorplan is perfect. Nice big kitchen with full-sized appliances, huge lanai that is elevated to improve the view, and the bedroom was nicely appointed with a comfortable bed and powerful but quiet ceiling fan. We highly recommend staying at this cottage in Hana if you are looking for a couples get-away and want to get some serious R&R. Thank you!"

"Mercury is an outstanding host! Everything about our 50th Anniversary stay was absolute perfection! We can’t wait to come back. We spent three weeks in Hawaii and this was the highlight of our trip. I noticed that some of the reviews mentioned the fact that the house and the suite share a deck. We had the deck entirely to ourselves. It is true that the decks connect, however the house windows are heavily curtained and we never felt the slightest lack of privacy. Mercury invited us to use her deck as well and we ate all of our meals there."

"This was our second stay here and we absolutely love it! If you are looking for a spot to relax and recharge, this is it. Spent hours on the lanai just watching the cows. The house itself has everything you need. We bought groceries and spent most of our three days there, eating out only once. We would love to return again and again."

"You will feel right at home in this very clean, cozy lush environment. If you’re looking for a change of pace tucked in a beautiful environment look no further. My 15-year-old son and I stayed here for 4 nights and felt right at home. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and although they could have a few more cooking items, we were able to make all of our favorite meals from home. I would highly recommend this place for any family and friends seeking a longer stay than most in Hana."
