I everything, from entering until leaving our stay was amazing. We hadn’t even left and we were looking at when we would be coming back. The staff were very helpful. Only concern was the noise coming from the spa which was directly below our room, we were not notified that at 7.30am a loud humming ...

Lovely stay. Clean room. Staff was very helpful. Very cold in the winter though even with the heating...not sure if the heating was not working in my room or not.
