Bus stop "Kirktoun Park" 4 km. Nearby attractions: Kinross 10 km, Perth 33 km, Edinburgh 45 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Loch Leven 10 km. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
    "Loch Leven Lodge 16 Robin's Nest", 3-room chalet 59 m2, on the ground floor. Modern and tasteful furnishings: open living/dining room with veranda, panoramic window with 1 sofabed, dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the veranda. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and bath/shower/WC. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds and bath/WC. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, grill). Heating. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. TV only EN. The property has been interior designed and is well equipped for disabled guests. King size bed. There is a ramp for access to the back door and a hoist is available in the twin room with a wet room off. A commode can be booked on request at an extra cost. There is an additional under counter fridge for ease of accessibility for disabled guests. Disabled friendly items can be booked on request at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information prior to booking. Please note:- NO CHARGING OF ELECTRICAL VEHICLES PERMITTED - NEAREST CHARGING POINT IS AROUND 4KM.

Stunning

I needed to accommodate my elderly Aunt while her home underwent some renovations. I am so pleased to have found this lodge. My Aunt is reliant on a wheelchair & the disabled facilities were a necessity. The lodge met our needs perfectly. Aside from that the lodge was lovely. Well decorated with lots of unique finishing touches, comfortable furnishings and a well supplied kitchen. The position of the lodge affords a fantastic view over the Loch & hills, providing a very peaceful, relaxing week.

Robin's Nest

The lodge is a short walk to the hides of the RSPB wetlands. It is close to a fast road but traffic noise was not disturbing. It was surprisingly spacious, very well-equipped and with a pleasing decor. Heating system worked well. Kitchen not well-organised. Views to fields with sheep and cattle on entrance side and views to trees from the balcony that hide a full view of the loch. But we really enjoyed staying there. Great place.

A very well equipped pre-fab home in a beautiful spot with a view over Loch Leven. Efficient heating, great showers. Friendly help provided by the manager of the nearby coffee shop.
