"Having a the two interconnecting rooms worked really well for our family with teenagers and having 2 bathrooms also helps with getting ready. The room was very clean, plenty of tea and coffee and bottled water replaced every morning. Lovely fluffy towels which were replaced when needed. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We used the swimming pool which again was lovely and clean with good changing facilities. We will definately stay here again."

"My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...

"I stayed in Colwyn Bay for the Northern Eye Festival at Oriel Colwyn and the stay was very enjoyable. I was made to feel very welcome and was well looked after. It's a quiet little Guest House and only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town - I would definitely stay there again :-)"

The lodge was cosy and clean with everything you need for a break away; it really was a home from home and closely situated to the main area of reception, Jake's Bar, kids' activities, Showbar and pool. "Husband and I have just stayed here for a week with our big puppy and can honestly say the place is so beautiful, Jo and her husband have done a fantastic job with the pod and making it so homely inside. The pod had everything available from bed linen, towels, tea towels, cooking equipment, utensils, toaster, microwave , iron, ironing board, hair dryer, books, log burning fire and more. Also for added security there is a fire blanket, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, smoke alarms and security...
