"Hosts were very friendly and attentive, providing a great welcome and suggestions for dinner in the evening, as well as a recommendation of an activity to do the next day after we checked out.
Bathroom was private for our room, though not connected to the room itself. The bathroom was very nice. Our room also had a sink in the bedroom itself.
Bed was a bit soft - the mattress was not the most comfortable, but overall, no issue.
We very much enjoyed our stay, and if we stay in the area again...

"Elizabeth sent me an email before I was checking in making sure i was aware that there would be no one present on site. Keys were left exactly where she said they would be and instructions for breakfast and everything else were easy to understand and locate. The Crossing is suitably located right next to the Kingussie railroad station and is close to the Barracks - one of the sites to see while we were there. Would highly recommend this place."

"Lovely stay! Everything is sparkling new and very friendly staff. Good location for exploring Cairngorms. Lots of eating options in walking distance. Good food in the hotel too. "

"On having come with my confirmation of reservation in the hand the person in charge says to me that my reservation had been cancelled on the part of expedia due to incompatibilities by my credit card and shows an "e-mail" to me that ACCORDING TO HIM Expedia was the person in charge for not having sent above mentioned mail. In the supposed e-mail appears my reservation number and my name, the logo of expedia and the rest of the mail written in his most in German. Certainly I have as well as the...
