There was no place for the dogs to lie when it was raining, a bit of shelter by the front door if the wind didn't turn and rain through the decorative arch. Other dogs pushed through the fence, and we couldn’t leave the dogs behind to roam in the yard; we had to secure them. They're part of our family, and them being locked up when it rains away from us was hard, especially since it rains most days. Covered area, if we paid for them to be there, would have been nice. When the sun is out, all is good, and you can put up an umbrella.Maybe mirrors in the rooms will free up the bathrooms, especially if you have three teenage daughters and a grandma sharing a bathroom.Otherwise the house was easy functional, great area to entertain the girls in the garage. Great walking not too far and beautiful tracks around. We had a fabulous stay! Was grateful to be able to take dogs but as mentioned was a bit hard when it rained.
