"The apartment was lovely and super clean. The owner had included many nice touches like yoga mats, some hand weights, a few snacks and products in bathroom. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pull out couch which was not very comfortable for my 18 yr old son. I think it would be fine for young kids. Of course pull out couches are not made to be super comfy so not a big deal. The location was very convenient to downtown and college. "

"In the middle of downtown Maryville. Shops, restaurants and night life just a step away. Grocery and other shops just a short drive from apartment. Place was clean and had all the amenities of home. Full kitchen, living area and private bathroom make it great for longer stays. Host responded in minutes thru the app and text and was always positive. Also loved that parking was free and right across the street."

"Very nice and clean. Very unique loved the lay out the little setting areas were an extra treat. The beds very comfortable nice bathrooms. But we really loved the balcony. Also the place was well stocked.Only one suggest. although I loved all the furnishings if things could be moved around in the living room so the hide-a-bed could be pulled out that would be great. Other than that everything was amazing "

"Jen was an excellent host. We had some bad weather with power outages. Jen was on top of it and had a handy-man there in minutes to reset the well pump. The tiny cabin was as advertised; clean, quiet, with modern amenities."

"Me and a school friend often have to travel to knoxville for a couple weeks at a time to visit our college (we're in a graduate hybrid program), and we found this house for this quarter. The location of the house is fantastic and it was really easy to get to anything we needed for our stay. The house had all of the basic amenities that you need for a short or prolonged stay. "Very nice place to stay. Cool little Air B&B to stay at. They have some fur babies that come to greet you or come to the door to look in on you. Will go back again if we are going in that area. Not far from the Smokey Mountains. "
