We had a blast

We loved the property. The fence around the pool was perfect to keep our just walking one year old out of the pool area. Nice shade under the porch. Our only issue was that the a/c varied greatly from room to room. We were so cold in our room and across the hall my brother’s family was very hot. But we really enjoyed our stay.

Home is in a great location in Kingsland. House had a great floor plan with plenty of room for our group of 14. The dock, pool and backyard were very well maintained. The homeowner was also very responsive. We would definitely rent this house again.

Fantastic Labor Day away

A great property on a nice wide Llano arm with good access to main lake. House and all amenities were just As advertised. Our Host Debby, was extremely helpful and contactable. We would Organize another getaway for sure.

Family Vacation

This beautiful home was even more beautiful than the pics showed. We had a group of 9 adults and 1 child and the layout was perfect for us. Plenty of space for everyone. The location was perfect for us, being on the lake and close to an HEB. Debby was the best!! So kind and caring and responded for any questions we had. We will definitely be back again.

The perfect lakeside retreat

This house is so beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and we can’t wait to come back. The view from the house and the double decker dock is so pretty. We enjoyed having the pool and hot tub. The house has everything that you need, the beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are really nice and there is a ton of storage throughout the house. Debby is so helpful and is just a phone call or text away if you need anything.

What a great property. The owners are so considerate, texting to check and be sure we were comfortable and everything was working. They have thought of everything. Kitchen supplies are wonderful. The floor plan is perfect, house is in great shape. We would love to rent this property again.

Beautiful Property on LBJ

The owner Debby was a real pleasure to work with! The property is beautiful (modern finish out) and it has a nice dock and its only 5 minutes from HEB (grocery). It was the right size for our annual family reunion. We will definitely come back again. Thank you again Debby for your hospitality!

River Oaks Retreat

My family and I, 18 in all, spent our annual getaway at this outstanding home. We take our whole family on a vacation every summer and all of the grandkids voted this their favorite "water" vacation home we have stayed in to date. It trumped even our rental in Destin! The house is well kept, very clean, comfortable and perfectly on trend. The owners obviously have taken great pride in keeping this home pristine! The lake view is spectacular, the water gorgeous and the starry sky at night looks like a portrait. Everyone had so much fun , and we will definitely go back. The host, Debby Villers, is so easy to work with and very prompt and thorough to answer any question and to accommodate any concern. If you want a 5 star vacation on a beautiful lake, this is your go to place!

Look No Further: this IS the perfect house!

We were a family ranging from 2 1/2 - 79 and this house was the best I had ever rented! Most rentals don’t have king size beds, this one has three! The property is incredibly comfortable, spacious, versatile, and accommodating for all ages. The bathrooms all have walk-in showers with terrific water pressure, the kitchen was very well appointed with a huge stove top - we had everything we needed. The best feature is the outdoors: the view is gorgeous, as there are only a few properties directly across the lake from this house. We even met a very kind neighbor who told us that this section of Lake LBJ is the quietest, with fewer motor boats. The kids had a blast using the floating Lilly pad. In addition, the owners were great! Responded to all questions quickly and easy to communicate with. Wow! I just can’t compliment this place enough. We will definitely be back!

Definitely would rent again!!!

We had an amazing time!! The house is beautiful and the view is stunning. It has a lot of rooms that fit my family and friends. We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and the fishing was spot on there. So many amazing memories and would want to come back and enjoy the views and home again. The pictures do it justice and it's exactly as it was advertised. You get what you see and more!!

Great house right on the water

Beautiful house right on the water with a great two level dock. The kids had a blast in the bunk room and we all enjoyed visiting around the huge kitchen island and back patio area. Very nice finishes, pro grade appliances and comfy beds. Super clean...would definitely stay again! Thanks for the great communication and hospitality!

70th Birthday at the Lake

We gathered all ages of family members to celebrate our moms 70th birthday at the lake. This house was perfect for a large group, it accommodated all of us, and there was something for everyone to do! The dock is super nice!

Girls Weekend Celebrating our Mom's Birthday

We had a wonderful Girls Weekend at Debby’s beautiful home! The home is perfect for a large group. Plenty of spacious and comfortable common areas inside and outside, plus plenty of private space to sneak away for a nap or to read a book. We drank coffee for hours every morning on the gorgeous back patio and enjoyed the beautiful views. The beds were all comfortable with nice pillows and linens. The AC worked well, the water pressure was great, all of the appliances were new and nice, there was lots of storage for all the food we brought and the house looked like a showcase home. The house itself was immaculately clean and decorated so well and the views from all of the windows were incredible. We spent all day out on the dock, first up on the huge sun deck catching rays and then below on the comfy couches in the shade. We had planned to go to Fredericksburg to do a little shopping, but the house was too wonderful to leave. In fact, we had to force ourselves to leave the last day. Debby was so nice to work with and promptly answered all of our questions. She really did anticipate all of our needs and had everything in place for a wonderful and relaxing weekend. This was a birthday trip for our Mom and she kept saying, "this place is just over the top" and we all agreed! We are all planning a return trip! We highly, highly recommend this beautiful home!

The house was great. The weather over New Years wasn’t good so we didn’t get to enjoy the fantastic outdoor area as much as you could when the weather is nice. I would definitely return in the summer.

Great quiet location on LBJ

We had a great time at this property for 4 days. The dock is one of the best docks on the Lake and fit our 23’ Outboard boat great along with tons of space to spread out and enjoy the lake. We spent one day fishing off the dock and caught 8 fish in a few hours. The kids loved it. The house is also as advertised. You can tell that people take care of the house and it doesn’t look like a rental. Our kids loved the bunk room and didn’t want to leave. Overall a great experience with a great property manager. Thanks Debby!
