Beautiful home with amazing views and outdoor deck/pool area. Great for a large family gathering. Minor issues with grill/propane but management company promptly intervened to assist. Property is close to beach area where boats gather. Boat slip utilized without issue. Would definitely stay again!

This property was absolutely amazing! Check in was super easy. Check in instructions with wifi and everything we needed to know was text to us. The kitchen was well stocked. The home had everything we needed and fit our group of 15 just perfectly! The patio was huge and enough seating for everybody. The infinity pool was so nice overlooking the beautiful lake! The pool table, shuffle board and poker table were a big hit as well. We loved openness of the house when we were all inside. We will definitely stay here again!

Great spot for large family vacation

This house on the Llano River was the perfect getaway! The interior is spacious, comfortable, and spotless—great for relaxing and spending time together. We loved the large shaded decks and spent hours enjoying the pool and the peaceful river views.Boating on the river was a highlight—easy access and calm waters made for a fun and relaxing experience. The location is quiet and private, yet still close to town.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic, and fun Hill Country escape. We can’t wait to come back!

2025 Family Vacay

As a family for the past 7 years we go on a trip somewhere in Texas every summer. As my grandkids would say, "Nana this is the best place ever!" The house was wonderful. Everyone had their own bedrooms and we didn't feel like we were on top of ourselves in the living and kitchen areas. It definitely lived up to the description online. My husband is an avid fisherman and he loved being able to go down to dock and get in his bass boat whenever he wanted. We normally go someplace different every year but this property is one that we will definitely repeat!

Family lake trip 2025

Our stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Property is as described. Very spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked. Communication with property management was responsive. Check in and check out was easy. We will definitely return to this house for future lake trips.

Perfect family stay!

Our family group of 15 from ages 22-85 all had a great time. There were so many things to do at the house that we didn’t even consider an outing. The kitchen was well equipped. We had Walmart deliver groceries and enjoyed cooking all of our meals. Having 2 refrigerators in the main kitchens plus another in the guest house wonderful. There was an abundance of comfortable seating inside and out. The view is beautiful. We plan to come back.

Peaceful Spring Break at The Lake

We had an incredible stay with Horseshoe Bay in Kingsland! This was our first time visiting this area of Texas, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The natural beauty, especially the stunning lakefront views, made for unforgettable sunrises and sunsets.The home itself was fantastic—spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. From plenty of towels and bedding to a fully equipped kitchen, every detail was taken care of. The cleanliness and upkeep of the house were also impressive, which made our stay even more comfortable.One of the main reasons we chose this home was its large backyard, covered patio, and amazing pool. We did opt to heat the pool, but unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that the heater was broken and the necessary replacement part wouldn’t be available until after our stay. This was definitely disappointing, especially for our guests traveling from a much colder climate who were looking forward to enjoying the heated pool.That being said, the Horseshoe Bay management team handled the situation exceptionally well. A special shoutout to Amanda, who went above and beyond with her communication and dedication, even working after hours to find solutions for us. Her efforts were truly appreciated!Despite the pool issue, we had an amazing vacation and thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities the home had to offer. We would absolutely stay at a Horseshoe Bay property again in the future and look forward to returning!

Gorgeous, relaxing, perfect

This house has the most gorgeous pool set up! The infinity pool makes you feel like you're floating on the edge of the lake. The living area is spacious, with plenty of TVs and games (pool table, card table, shuffleboard, board games) to keep everyone occupied. The outdoor living spaces are stellar, with plenty of room for lounging, dining, a fire pit, more TVs... and the views are insane. Plenty of bedrooms for 4 families. Don't wait -- just book it!

Perfect getaway for Family

We were a group of 20 people with young kids. This house was huge and accommodated all of us well. The pool and the view were amazing. The property management team was prompt and helpful. Would highly recommend this house
