What a beautiful, clean, warm and cozy lake house. Our family enjoyed the beautiful furnishings, the outdoor decks, and the swimming pool provided hours of entertainment. Nice very well kept neighborhood and close access to everything! Day on the golf course was perfect.

Great views!

I booked this property to be somewhat close to family for Thanksgiving and get some hiking in at Inks Lake. The house is clean and cute, and the views are really pretty (although a cold front came through the day after we checked in so enjoying the balconies wasn't as easy). Communication with the host was easy and efficient, although I tried not to bother them. The only negative, if you will, is that the homes are literally one next to the other, and the 2 houses to the left had really noisy house guests who didn't seem to quiet down even after realizing people are on their balcony also trying to enjoy themselves.

Flawless stay

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The house was well maintained and the check in process was easy. The property itself was perfect for our needs, and the pool was outstanding for family entertainment. The boat lift and location on the lake was ideal. We will absolutely stay again!

Comfortable Elegance!

We spent a long weekend with our family in this beautiful yet comfortable house. What can be better than swimming while watching football and grilling dinner from the outdoor patio? Fishing from the boat slip was a great time. We actually caught several fish. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had such a memorable experience at this house and hope to be back.

1st pool at the Lake

Relaxing, great property, well furnished and decorated. 1st time for us to have a pool at the lake. We loved it. In the summer no need to have the pool heated. We love to cook. Great kitchen and gas grill. Had everything we needed Toaster blender mixer. Great Kitchen Aid appliances.

Nice family vacation home

We stayed 5 days for our annual vacation. The home was very nice and we couldn't have done it without the elevator. We found the home was semi clean. It really needs a deep cleaning. We did have to sweep and mop the kitchen our very first morning there. The pool was nice, but needed vacuuming. The homes are super close but ok. Our last night the neighbors 2 doors down were drunk and yelling until 2 am. No fault of anyone but them. Overall, it was a great time!

Summer trip

Great Accommodations for 60th birthday celebration

This property made it so easy and relaxing to get away with life long friends and just chill out. The house provides everything you need and the lake is absolutely spectacular. We are boat people and having a private boat lift right out your door and the pool overlooking the lake was convenience at its best.

Unreal Property

We had no idea what to expect as we had never been to lake LBJ before. The house is unreal. The kids LOVED the elevator. As parents we loved that we could be close to the kids. Having a dedicated boat lift was the ultimate for us. You just don't find these many places. It allowed us to rent a boat for a few days and not worry about wave damages. Only thing to consider for adults with kids is that everyone hears everything in the house since there is no carpet to be seen.

Perfect Vacation Home

Mariner's Manor was absolutely stunning. Home had everything you could possible need, plenty of room for our family. Activities offered by Clearwater Harbor were a plus (Basketball court, Volleyball court and Ping Pong table). Slow Wi-Fi but I will assume since it is a new subdivision they are still working on the infrastructure. Minor glitch with the heating of the pool but the property manager addressed quickly and maintenance response was very timely. All in all amazing time at Mariner's Manor and hope to visit again.
