It was a great place for a large family of all ages. The kids love finishing from the dock. All eight caught a fish. The middle grandson fished nonstop and caught and threw back 40 fish. Adults and kids enjoyed the game room. It was an excellent holiday! I will be booking again in the future.

the best house ever!! 2nd year! owners & managers instantly respond. our favorite place! so much to do there… card room, game room, ping pong, foosball, water toys, beds galore! weather perfect in October! fully equipped HUGE kitchen & bathrooms. We LOVE separate ICE MAKER, 2 refrigerators, laundry room. we’ll be back next Oct. 2026!

The place was fantastic. Everyone wants to go back. Not one thing to complain about. The amount of games, books and puzzles was phenomenal. No rainy days to try them out though. We took a large inflatable island and the kids had a blast on it. A few maintenance suggestions, some oars are broken. Next time we'll bring ours. The stairs have some treads that are loose. Most comfortable place we've ever stayed. LOVED it!!! THANK YOU

Husband’s 50th Birthday Weekend

The house is as pictured with plenty of room for everyone to lounge, play, eat and sleep. We only used the bedrooms upstairs as we only had 7-8 people and one small dog but could’ve easily accommodated our entire family (15 adults, 1 teen, 2 tweens, a young child and 2 small dogs). We all enjoyed the game room, fishing out back, roasting marshmallows and spending time together. Would definitely consider going back.

Favorite place!

This house exceeded our expectations! We had all the space we needed and felt so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Fully appreciated the two fridges and ice machine! Loved the big dining table and plenty of seating in the living room. We had fun with all the water toys and were so happy to play our annual family ping pong tournament in the epic game room. It was great to have such responsive hosts who cared about our experience. We can’t wait to come back again!!

Room for all

This property was perfect. It had 5 bedrooms, 2 of which had bunkbeds for the little ones. Kitchen is large and is well supplies with cooking tools. Nice game room for the older adults. Great swim area for all, yard is shaded most of the day, the balcony is shaded except in the morning. Beautiful green grass, just needed to be mowed. We will stay in this home again. Call the owner when we left and she was amazing!

Family Fun!

We had the most amazing time at this home on lake LBJ. It had loads of room for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would ever need and loved how cabinets were labeled. Plenty of spots inside to hang out and the game room was a perfect spot to enjoy. We greatly appreciated the well maintained boat slip and lift for our boat and the jet ski dock was perfect and also well maintained. It was refreshing to have a place for our watercraft. This stay at LBJ was by far the best one yet. I will highly recommend this property. Hoping to get to stay again real soon. 😁

Beautiful property

The property was great for our short lake getaway to ride our jetski & do lake stuff! It has everything you would need & so many fun ‘toys’ to enjoy…paddle boards, kayak, fishing gear, floats, pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table, board games, books & the list goes on!

Great Lake Family Vacation

We stayed here with our extended family. There was plenty of room for everyone and 2 bunk rooms to separate boys and girls. Our favorite things were the boat lift, stairs into the water, lily pad, upstairs porch, & the well stocked kitchen with 2 fridges & a separate ice maker. We just wish the elevator would have been functioning for our stay. Also, things to note are there was no firepit (which we didn’t need since it was so hot), and there isn’t a boat ramp available. You have to drive to town and use the $20 boat ramp ($10 to unload & $10 to load). We were very happy with the location too!

Wonderful for families!

Wonderful home for large or small family gatherings. Very clean and spacious. Our whole family enjoyed all the recreational activities: paddle boards, kayaks, ping pong, etc. The adults especially loved having morning coffee in the seating area by the lake.
