Excellent location for our family reunion

The accommodations were wonderful, the manager and owner were very easy and pleasant to deal with and responsive when we had questions. It was clear a lot of thought had gone into making this home, a comfortable and welcoming vacation space.

Our Family Reunion at the Lake House

What a huge blessing this property was to our large family! My mom is in the later stages of dementia and we wanted to get the whole family together in central Texas so she could visit with everyone. But where can you stay when you have 31 family members? This location was perfect for us. Three separate housing spaces, with a bed for each person. There were so many opportunities for all of the grandkids to reconnect and deepen their relationships. With 3 well equipped kitchens, we had everything we needed to feed the hordes. My brother brought his boat, we had fresh catfish, grilled steaks, had a Christmas party, decorated ornaments for the tree, and celebrated my mom so well. The rental was incredibly affordable, and everyone made wonderful memories. Thank you to the property manager, Sharon, for making everything so easy. Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful space. Everyone loved it and several family members are wanting to look to this location again in the future.The only suggestion that one of our party had was a floorplan on the vrbo listing would help people to better decide room assignments in advance.

Great for large groups with kids!

Great house for families with kids! Lots of indoor and outdoor space and bedding for our group of 5 families. Kitchen was well stocked and labeled for easy use. Would love to come back to this house!

We had a blast!

The houses were nice and clean , beds were comfortable, owner was quick to respond! We were 6 families with 11 toddlers 5 and under and a couple of infants plus older kids and everyone enjoyed themselves to the fullest! It would have been nice if the owners boat hadnt been there but it worked out. Also the gate to the top deck was locked and they didnt have a key so that was a little disappointing, because of jumping into the lake. But all in all we had lots of fun! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Spring Break 2024

We had a group of 20 family members for the week of spring break. The house accommodated us very nicely. The kitchens were well appointed and the three ovens helped get meals on the table in a timely manner. The boat dock was great for swimming and fishing and the owners accommodated us nicely by moving their boat/jet ski so we could put our boats and jet skis under the cover of the dock. The yard was perfect for lawn games and kids playing. We look forward to coming back!

Great property for large families

This place was a wonderful gem to spend our Thanksgiving holiday with our large family. With three areas for all of us and three kitchens, we used them all for our feast away from home. The kitchens are well-stocked, much more so than any other rental I have stayed in. The house is very clean and spacious with sleeping areas to accommodate everyone. I like the fact that there are 4 bedrooms on the main level in the main house for our family members who can’t use stairs. It is a beautiful location with summer lake activities galore. The boat dock and upstairs deck are wonderful gathering areas. We are already planning a summer visit with the family. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Life Enrichment

This was truly a beautiful spot in Kingsland, Texas. I didn't want to leave - should have stayed an extra day. Thank you for sharing this wonderful spot in Texas. Family in attendance asked us to share the information. On a final note, while washing dishes, one of the cups slipped out of my hands. This place is absolutely stunning! Plenty of space for everyone to spread apart! The house is well maintained aswell as the yard and boat dock! We have been visiting Kingsland for about 10 years now for the 4th and always leave happy!!

AMAZING!!

Great experience!

The house is massive and amazing. The waterfront is beautiful. They don’t allow you to use the rope swing or jump off the dock. That was part of the reason I chose this house so it was a little disappointing, but the overall experience was fantastic!

2022 Memorable Family Reunion

The property is very accurate from the pictures and description. So roomy and all items needed were provided, especially any kitchen items. Comfy beds and plenty of room. The lake access was amazing including having the comfortable dock to relax and get some sun. Communication with the LBJ Vacay team was so easy and they were so quick to respond any time I needed assistance. We would love to return to Laze Daze! Thank you for a memorable reunion.
