Amazing spot on a quite canal! The house is exceptional and we got lots of fishing in along with riding our paddle board and kayaking! Simply beautiful even in the off season! Can't wait to book again!

Nice stay at modern lake house. BYO water toys!

Very clean and thoughtfully appointed modern lake house. Adults enjoyed cozy morning coffee on the covered deck off the upstairs main bedroom while our teens watched TV and slept in downstairs. Fast WiFi and lots of board games and puzzles. Easy drive into town for dining and within delivery zone for 2 local pizza places which are...adequate...as the host suggests. (We love local, but maybe just order Dominos if you want pizza). Lots of shade to be had on this property, which we like. No water toys are included for guest use, so be sure to BYO SUP, kayak, fishing gear, etc. if you plan to get in/on the water.

Great calm location

We were right off the lake in a quiet canal so we were able to swim and paddle board. Kids fished and swam right off the back deck. Rented a boat for a day for tubing.

Spring break

Thanksgiving Weekend

House was clean, it had all basics one will need for a weekend getaway. Overall stay was pleasant but you need to be very cautious if you are with toddlers - the patio is directly connected to lake, the wooden table in living room has sharp edges, the stairs has wide rails.

Great place!!

This place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is close to all the lovely restaurants and stores of the area. The whole place made us feel at ease. The property manager was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly. She welcomed us with 2 beautiful gift baskets. We will definitely come again!

Great Spring Break!

Property was as expected by pictures. Very easy check in process. Great to have a grill available which we used almost every night! So nice to be on the water. Very relaxing. Recommend for families - or anyone really!

Excellent vacation rental

We really enjoyed our stay in the Crestwood Cove. House is impeccably clean and very comfortable. Plenty of room for two families with grown children. It was a pleasure to stay in such clean and well equipped house.

Crestwood Cove Weekend

This is a lovely property right on the water. The house is perfect for a family or even two families. We loved the kitchen/living area although one of the sofas really does need replacing for comfort. Sally the manager was easily accessible and very helpful. When we had a hot water issue it was fixed immediately. Altogether a great place to stay for a long weekend!

Nice stay but wrong weather

A planned girls get away weekend turned into an ice storm that caused the heater not to work very well. Great response from sally and her hubby bring space heater over. I do recommend that more extra blankets be supplied during winter months although I understand this weather is extremely rare. The sofa in the living room is horrible on the back and would recommend a better sofa made for indoors. (Outdoor sofa with thin cushion pads). Other than that, the house is beautiful and would love to rent again in the summer.

Fantastic getaway on the water

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The layout was perfect for our two families. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware and serve ware for meal prep, we grilled out a few nights on the porch and ordered from the local BBQ place, Spyke’s. The home opens directly onto the deck over the water and we enjoyed fishing each day and rented kayaks from Splash rentals. It was the perfect getaway, out on the water but still close to everything you could need. We were able to take the tour of Longhorn Caverns and hike the trails one day and enjoyed the holiday lights in Marble Falls one evening as well.

True Lakehouse Experience

This house’s design is ideal for truly enjoying the water. The ability to walk out the back door onto the dock is a lifesaver for mobility challenged family members. My elderly mother was able to fish and get on our boat with no issues. We enjoyed the fully furnished kitchen as well making home cooked meals every evening the whole family sat down to enjoy together. We will definitely return in the future. Can’t say enough good things about this location.

Perfect place for 2 families

This rental was so cute and in the perfect location. The best place for 2 families since there are essentially 2 master bedrooms with king sized beds. It is very spacious and we enjoyed being right on the water. The kids loved to fish off the dock. Kitchen was pretty well stocked and loved being able to use the boat lift for our boat. We will definitely stay here again and have told many others about this place.

A Definite Yes

Great location in the cove. Calm for the grands to swim, fish from the pier, and just a quick boat ride from the main water area. Peaceful. The house is even better than the pictures. The kitchen is larger than it looks. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Be sure to take foil, ziplocs, Saran, or whatever else you think you might need. Only spice in the cabinet was salt, so take those with you as well. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The grands loved the bunk beds. We noticed there was no broom so I sent a note to the property manager. Within an hour we had a broom. Excellent response! The pier was shaded most of the day .. and there was a good breeze most of the four days we were there. Grands caught perch every day. We all agreed this was a much better choice than the Lake McQueeney property we stayed at last summer as it was right on the water and there was no boat traffic nor waves in the cove.

Crestwood

The house is in the cove and away from the busy strip of LBJ. Great for kids & adults with the fishing (perch and small bass) and enough room for the adults to sit out on the deck. Boat lift was a huge plus. Neighbors, who are permanent residents, were super nice as well.
