The safe swimming beach on your doorstep also offers ample opportunities to explore and discover the amazing sea life.
Featuring uninterrupted sea views from most rooms of the house and also the added bonus of all queen sized bedrooms having beautiful sunrise views out over Nepean Bay. The large bi-fold doors on the lower level open, to let the outside in , extending the dining area and letting the cooling sea breezes flow through the house. A private balcony area upstairs offers a perfect retreat area to enjoy the view.
There is plenty of room for everyone, as there are lounge rooms located on both levels, which both include a home entertainment system which has a Chrome cast on it. Bedrooms and bathrooms are also located on both levels for your convenience, which also help to ensure adequate privacy.
Downstairs is an open plan design, with desperate sitting area and TV area Which has a Chrome caster on it, all have incredible views.
