This is our second time staying here and everything went as expected. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. The place is clean and very cozy. My kids love it here. We'll back again for sure.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I would recommend not staying here. If you are looking for a private getaway this is not the place for you. It is a shared pool/ kitchen/ lounge/ refrigerator with the owners. They are outside at all times. The pool was infested with Yellowjacket bees. The tiny house had 4 bees inside upon arrival. Also there were 2 scorpions we found on the bed and restroom that night. We could not stay there any longer. We let them know that we would be leaving. If you want owners who are honest they are not the ones. They said they were willing to refund us at the beginning but then changed their minds. And lied about us not communicating to them. They also stopped replying towards the end. It was a horrible experience.

Sweet Peaceful Getaway

This place was a sweet peaceful place. We were here for softball, and mostly just slept, but while we were awake, it was so nice and homey. The owners are absolutely wonderful people who made us feel very welcomed and we hope to stay here again. One of my favorite things about this place was being able to get in the pool under the stars, because we always got back late in the evening, and just relaxing as the night came to an end. Thank you for making us feel like part of the family. ~The Gafford Crew

More than expected.

We were greeted by the hosts and then given a grand tour by their young son. It was great for us since my son was around the same age. The guest house was very cozy and very clean. The view was amazing. The pool was fantastic and my son and I were very fortunate to test out the new slide! My kids loved the goats and the play area with toys. Really, it was all way beyond what I expected. While I didn't use the coffee maker or the kitchen area I was grateful it was there in case I did need it. Everyone was very gracious and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

Perfect for our Texas adventure!

This tiny home was the perfect fit for our family of four. It is a bit off the beaten path, but we prefer that type of space. The beds all were comfortable and everything was very clean. We would have loved to use more of the amenities such as the pool, fire pit, and outdoor space but we did not have extra time to do that. We were visiting Texas to attend the F1 race at The Circuit of the Americas which was about a 40 minute drive from this house. The hosts, Steve, Stacey, and Hayden were very kind and helpful. They were kind enough to recommend a good tire shop when we had a flat tire on our way back to the house. We highly recommend staying at this property!

The hosts at this property were lovely and very friendly, but unfortunately the property was very different than advertised. Guests should be aware that the tiny home is actually on the owner's residential property - meaning not only are you sharing the facility with other guests, but in fact the property host family. Cement work was being done to the pool when we arrived so there was a giant pile of building materials right next to the pool. Additionally, property description does note that the property is located off of a country road, but the road was incredibly long and not lighted at all, with dangerous potholes. Fortunately we have a truck and could navigate, but if you have a smaller car you may not be able to actually make it to the house. We ended up leaving the property after about 30 minutes and did not actually stay there. The house was incredibly clean and tidy, but unfortunately it was not at all the relaxing, private getaway we were seeking for our family. If you're interested in interacting and socializing with owners during your stay then you might enjoy this property, but if you are seeking privacy and quietness, I do not recommend.

Fun country family friendly getaway

We loved the generosity and hospitality that Scott and Stacey offered. Lots of great conversations. People are so valuable and if you enjoy hanging out by a firepit and chatting you will love this place. Mr. Hayden was the best host and he entertained our 2 kiddos so well. So much that our 5 year old was so sad that we had to go home. They enjoyed swimming with him, eating Smores, visiting the goats, and walking the trails. Charlie, their dog, is a chatacter as well. The tiny house offered just what we needed and the main house was available for storing our food for our breakfasts and dinners every day. We enjoyed grilling out every night we were there and eating around the bar or pool. We truly enjoyed ourselves and most of all we made memories! Thank you Scott, Stacey, Hayden, Charlie, Shaun the sheep, and goats ❤❤❤
