"Beautiful little cottage with a welcoming feel. I didn’t plan on using the hot tub but within the first two hours, my wife and kids were already in it. So I can say it was a nice touch. Great size lot with plenty of room for any activities. Use the grill to make some delicious fajitas. Location is right outside of town which makes it super convenient. My favorite part was probably the chicken theme. A plus is all the appliances works as they should. Also great water pressure with hot and cold."

"Overall, this house was perfect for our long weekend in San Antonio! Brand new house in a small subdivision close to the interstate.The one small issue we had was taken care of quickly and didn’t get in the way of our trip! We loved the layout of the house. The main is on the back of the house with the other bedrooms at the front. Great space for family or for adults needing privacy. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Great location in New Braunfels, right on the Guadalupe River and minutes from Gruene. The house was perfect for all my family which included 9 adults & 7 children. Except for the bunkroom, the bedrooms were all very roomy with their own bathrooms. That was a huge plus! And the bunkroom was what it is meant to be, and room for the kids to call their own! "Everyone loved this stay, including me. Personally, the upstairs loft was too short for me. It was very spacious for my kids and I to share, don’t get me wrong. I’m just a bit too tall to be scooting around up there. Perfect for the kids! If it were just me and the kids it would be PERFECT. "
