"Nice place to stay, friendly staff,............"

"We had a lovely one-night stay at House 41 while visiting Aylesbury Theatre. The room was spotless, warm and welcoming, making it a lovely place to relax after our evening out. Helen, the owner, was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was freshly cooked, delicious and the perfect start to the day. "Lovely room comfortable bed staff friendly and helpful and a lovely breakfast"

"All good but it felt like there was constant cleaning around you as cleaning staff had trolleys in the corridor which made it feel a little unorganised and messy"

"The bed linen was very dirty, and there was a lot of noise in the middle of the night—apparently someone was cleaning—so it wasn't a pleasant experience."

"Lovely warm and cosy room. Very comfortable. Just want you want when planning a trip to the area with the changing seasons. Great location for Downley Hill walks, West Wycombe and Princes Risborough, Aylesbury, Thames and Oxford. Nice helpful and obliging receptionist Narinder and the smiley guy whose name I cannot remember. Thanks, and see you again soon. 😃"

"Room service too expensive"

"There was a clean room when we came in staff was nice breakfast was English. It was nice that they had a microwave you can go grab cutlery. The tv was old but you still get BBC news. small room. There was 1 door to 2 rooms. I would rate it 3/5"
