"El hotel no tiene ascensor, es incómodo el acceso para personas con movilidad reducida.
Las imágenes de la habitación al hacer la reserva en la web no correspondían con la habitación definitiva. En ese sentido muy decepcionada; optas por un hotel por unas características que al final no corresponden con la realidad. Es entonces cuando la calidad/precio no están equilibradas."

"It was a lovely old pub and the food was ok, but the rooms weren’t very nice, it all needs a complete overhaul to the bedrooms, if they expect people to stay and give a good review. Lovely breakfast, but room was very poor."

"Highly recommend staying here! The staff were incredibly friendly, the breakfast every morning was delicious, and the owner, Mike, was so welcoming. The location is excellent! Just a short walk to the harbour and the ferry to Kingswear, making it the perfect base for exploring the area."

"Food was great, staff very helpful, bar and dining room very tidy and clean, good range of drinks, both alcoholic and soft although I am out of touch with prices so had a bit of a shock. This is not a negative, just reality. Plenty of parking and convenient at the rear to avoid stairs. Some areas are in need of decorating such as stairwell and corridors however not terrible. Outside areas need tidying around the back of the building but the beer garden/smoking area was good. Wheel chair...
