"The view without doubt is the obvious selling point. With this being an apartment you need to be aware that if all apartments occupied privacy is affected. We were lucky in that it was empty bar us. There are some elements which need tlc ie sun loungers were in need of replacement and some bulbs need replacing.throughout the property. The area is lovely for beach and walks, and very relaxing. Nice walk along coastal path to Challaborough with the reward of fish and chips at Fryer Tucks. Overall...

"We stayed here with 4 people for a week, one bedroom has the most amazing view of the sea and we spent so much time enjoying the view from the living room too. Well equipped kitchen in almost everything (we did need to buy sponge, washing detergent and shower gel/shampoo). Amazing walks nearby and great capability for kite and wind surfing nearby. Lovely walks along the beach and swimming capabilities just through the private access to the sea."

"So close to the beach the flat was very convenient, it’s the first flat as you enter the complex so easy to unload your belongings. The kitchen equipment worked well, the bedrooms were small as was the on suite shower. Not luxurious in my opinion but comfortable, easy to walk to the local pub and the Stokeley farm shop is brilliant."

"The appartment is very stylish and has everything you need and lot of things you can do at home. There are many DVDs, books and games. Our son and we enjoyed our stay very much."

"Regular communication from the property manager in the lead up to our stay. Travel and property entry details were clear and helpful. The property itself was spotlessly clean; spacious and light; with a well equipped kitchen with all your homely facilities; had convenient dedicated parking; and perfectly located for access to the beautiful areas around South Hams, and of course Torcross with its 3 mile beach and picturesque surroundings."

"This is a lovely property, a few things need replacing, the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable to the point my husband has to sleep on the sofa. The location was lovely, the views were amazing and we had a nice holiday."

"Not bad for the price. Torcross is an interesting and pleasant location. The apartment was more or less up to expectations. It was advertised as having two bathrooms and a terrace - neither of which was true. They might have been major issues, but fortunately not for us. The main niggles were filthy outside window surfaces and non-functioning extractor fan in the - only - bathroom."

"Gorgeous little place. Fabulous location for getting to Kingsbridge, Dartmouth, Slapton etc. immaculately clean & has everything you could need, fully integrated kitchen & modern bathroom. Bed is so comfy! Lovely lovely owners, go out of their way. Nice touches like a welcome basket with local produce. Lovely outdoor bit to sit in and BBQ. Would definitely stay again. Big thank you!"

"We had great time, nice spot. Here’s what needs sorting in flat; sofa bed is knackered and drops in middle where there’s no support. No cork screw. TV could be bigger and wasn’t connected to internet so limited viewing."
