"The town is cute, the area is cute. The property needs to be further along. The water in the kitchen has a bit of rust, but the adjacent bathroom the water was better, which we used.The beds were comfortable, the shower ok. No way to control the heat… needs window upgrades, holes in floors patched.The Vrbo app horribly difficult and frustrating, that definitely needs addressing."

"Awesome home to stay at! When I travel to Philomath or near for work, this is the place my co-workers and myself get, fair price, all the living amenities needed (washer/dryer, kitchen, separate rooms, living/dining space). The beds are very comfortable in my opinion, I get great sleep! Definitely will be getting this place again when travelling if I come across it available!"

"This place is amazing! Way higher quality than other houses I’ve seen listed and stayed at for the same price range. Very clean, cozy, and spacious.Also the hosts had so many thoughtful touches in addition that really made a difference for us, like leaving chocolates on the pillows of every bed and providing pre ground coffee beans so didn’t have to go buy some and inevitably leave what we didn’t finish.
