"The room was super big. It had its own small living room with a sofa, table and kitchenette. It's close to Earl's Court station and there are a few good restaurants in the vicinity. The staff is very friendly and tried to help when needed.
The only downside was that the toilet did not flush correctly, there was always some dirty water coming back. They sent maintenance to help, but he only said to hold the flush button when flushing, but that did not solve the problem and the toilet was dirty...

"I had the bad idea to left my wheelchair at home, I just took my walker with me (bad idea). I was exhausted when I arrived at the hotel, they were absolutely kind and helpful.
I knew there was a lift, but I didn't know there is something to help people who need assistance to overcome the entrance.
Once I arrived upstairs I was breathless, and they were absolutely fantastic. They couldn't help me because they were busy with other customers, and they didn't see me until it was too late.

Our room was small, anyway the space was enough, my mother missed a table where charge her phone, but everything was ok.
