    This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath Kings Beach townhome for eight is just what you need for a comfortable and convenient stay when you come to Lake Tahoe.     This condo is located in an exclusive lakefront neighborhood about a mile from town and Kings Beach State Recreation Area for hiking, biking, and picnicking. Walk to the lake or the pier and do some fishing, or in the winter, head seven miles east to Diamond Head Ski Resort.

Things could have been better!

Weather was nice but you shouldn't have to wait for the hot water to get to your shower, the WiFi kept dropping out, you couldn't have a zoom meeting.

Fabulous!!

My six grandchildren ages 18 to 30 and I stayed a week .... we enjoyed water sports each day and returned to the condo each evening for food, beverages and card games. We had a wonderful stay!

Great condo near the beach at Lake Tahoe

This property was clean with all the amenities, and plenty of room for our family to stay and enjoy Tahoe. 12mins from Northstar!

Brockway Springs is a great value. It has an excellent location. So very close to the restaurants, beach and shops. The views of the lake from the balconies are beautiful. The swimming pool, Sauna, tennis courts, club house and private dock are amazing. The home itself allows plenty of space to mingle and eat together. Sadly, both balconies were not cleaned but we just dealt with the dust & cobwebs. Beware! The spring mattresses need to be replaced. We managed to sleep because we were exhausted by the end of each day and were desperate for sleep…

Lovely Townhouse in a great location,Wonderful Employee at Marmot

We had a great weeklong stay at this Townhouse. It's quite spacious with decent beds. Close to town, so we could walk to amenities but not right in town so didn't feel noisy. Kids had a great time by the lake and playing in the snow right outside the townhouse.

My family and I feel in love with this place. The area was a nice private area. We had a great view of the lake. The neighbors we nice and respectful . I would recommend this place and I would book it again in the summer.

Beautiful unit! And property!

Had a wonderful four day visit! Clean, nicely furnished unit. Well equipped kitchen, lovely view, easy walk to great pool, lounge chairs and dock. 5-10 ride to Incline Village. Would stay there again!

Perfect getaway!

We had a fantastic time in this large condo. There was plenty of place for the whole family. The view was amazing. The location was perfect. Everything was very close by. This was a great snow trip. I would love to go back in the summer!

Wonderful

Very nice place and location perfect. It snowed so nice to be indoors with a perfect view outdoors while warm inside. Our family of seven had enough space to get away from each other but still together. Thank you will come back again

Another fantastic year at Brockway Springs

This was our 16th year staying in Brockway Springs. Unit #36 is lovely with a gorgeous view of the water and plenty of room for our family. Everything was clean and well cared for. We are looking at booking again next year!

We enjoyed our stay

The townhome was very comfortable and appointed nicely. We enjoyed the deck and the BBQ. We had an issue with building noise since the place next door was renovating but the issue was taken care of promptly with a phone call. Will stay here again.
