"I booked this stay over a year in advance. I tried messaging the host multiple times and had no response. I received the "keys" from VRBO a couple days before the stay but no info on how to get in. I tried messaging again and no response. I called VRBO and they advised that the house was not able to be rented and so I found this out the day before we were to be in the rental. We had to scramble and find a place for 6 for the next night. I was not happy at all, he knew that it could not be...

"We loved the place! We had a wonderful stay and will chose to return if we are staying in the Kingman area. Thank you for all you did to make us feel welcome and at home. I know the place is new. Just a few suggestions to add.Drinking glasses, baking pans, cookie sheet and maybe a blender for Margaritas! Most people don't like to cook on vacation, but we travel with a family of 6 or more.

The space inside is so spacious, it encourages you to unplug and to fully appreciate the quiet as well as the starry night sky. It was trully inviting, well equipped/stocked, and immaculately...
