"Really great hotel in a quiet area, convenient for the motorway and Roshn Front. Great welcome by reception team. Lovely rooms, lovely, clean and spacious. Have not had the opportunity to fine as yet, but hoping to do so on my next stay."

"The stay was in general ok. The hotel is well located near the airport but some areas of the building were under construction during my stay and was noisy and uncomfortable specially at night. Staff was specially kind and servicial attending all my demands."

"Friendly, helpful staff, especially the manager at the restaurant Mohammed. Would be great if the gym opened earlier as I like to gym before breakfast but it only opened from 11am. And also, the shower only had enough hot water for about 15mins and it wasn’t enough to shower my whole family. So we had to wait at least half an hour for more hot water. "

"Rude and not polite people...they did not effort in speaking English...I arrived tired having to suffer the traffic of the city with a delay on my flight and instead of supporting they were not welcoming...I will never come back and I will not recommend this hotel and change"

"All receptionists were really very professional and helpful. This made my stay in Riyadh much easier.
They always managed any asks I had to my satisfactory - luggage's, ordering food and transportation advices. Room was very spacious and clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is not far from the metro station, where you can take the yellow line directly to the airport. In KAFD you can change to the blue and go to the Olaya district or National museum. Pease, be aware of that there is not cleaning...

"If you book on Expedia then you will be given wrong address. there's 3 hotel with same name I unfortunately had to waste alot of money and time going to all three till found right one, the address on Expedia takes you to random intersection. "

"Better instructions for taxi drivers to find location as the location is in rapid construction development.
Once you have determined your location and recognition by Uber cabs its relatively easy to get into the city of Riyadh.
As a service apartment it’s lacking basics like crockery and cutlery. If anything was lacking they would try sort it asap.
The front staff Hussein and Mossad were helpful and friendly.
Few local supermarkets and small takeaways shops. The food to order appears to be...
