"Parking was very straightforward. So was check in and check out process. Out of all the rooms there are two rooms that are completely blocked by a wall outside. Meaning there’s no sunlight getting in and the room was really dingy. We asked the staff if it was possible to change our rooms and we were met with a lot of attitude and complaining.
They switched our rooms and the other room (with sunlight and not a blocked window) was much better!
Hot water worked well. Some of the sheets were...

"The receptionist was nice and courteous.
The hotel room is in need of maintenance.
When we opened the door to the room there were 3 flies which made us uncomfortable throughout the stay. The ceiling fixtures were pale and with dust.
Bathroom floor was damaged with black marks.
We did not eat breakfast as it was not appealing.
Could not sleep well as the room above was a service room or people stayed made noise walking and shutting and opening the doors constantly.
Air conditioner worked...

"One night stay with our kid. Beds and water pressure in shower were good, but room felt damp and looked shabby. There was cereal on the floor beside the bed when we checked in. There was garbage (food, used bandaids, clumps of hair) around the hotel ice machine and the pool/spa area. Staff was nice though and we still had an ok time. The hotel just needs a good cleaning and some TLC."

"We have room #14, it's like a tiny house at the end of the property with a full kitchen.
The staff accommodated our early arrival, we would return to this motel. We liked the easy 15 min walk to downtown and the beach"

"Great place, greats hosts. If you want a cottage that has everything, this is the spot. Great linens, towels, kitchen stocked with everything anyone would need… So many special touches, candles, spa tub, essential groceries to get you going… wine and chocolates… Did we mention the bed??? Lovely place, we plan to return…."
