Wow. If you're looking for a place so awesome with so much to do that you don't even need to leave the cabin - THIS is your place!We are a homeschool co-op from north Texas & us moms brought our kids to Branson on a Senior trip - it was PERFECT! We stayed there for several days in January when a LOT of things in Branson are closed, but we barely noticed since we had so much to do at the cabin! The kitchen is well stocked, very easy for 4-5 people to be cooking & prepping all at the same time & having the 2 fridges is really nice! There are plenty of cups, bowls, plates & utensils. They also had more than enough seating.The beds were SO comfortable! All us moms were talking about how comfortable pillows & mattresses are. And to me, that is REALLY important because nobody wants terrible sleep on their vacation - nothing can ruin a vacation quicker than not being able to sleep. The whole place is beautifully decorated, the Christmas tree was still up & we got to enjoy that as well. We enjoyed the hot tubs, the lazy river & pool every day that we were there. The kids were SO impressed with the fact that they had all that ALL TO THEMSELVES! I even overheard one of them on the phone bragging about how their moms rented a place with a private, indoor lazy river. LOL! The game rooms - TWO of them - offered tons of stuff to do as well! Air hockey, pool, shuffleboard, ping pong, foosball & several arcade machines! We are definitely planning to be back!

Luxury in the mountains! This cabin has everything you need and more to have the entire family of all age’s entertained. Most beautiful view, and we never felt crowded even tho we had 39 guests. 10/10

We hosted a large family reunion at the house over Thanksgiving. The house worked great for our entire family, young and old alike. Adam was very responsive to all our needs and could not have been easier to work with. Would recommend this house to anyone.

This house worked great for our family! The hosts are responsive, friendly and helpful. The house was very clean. We had a large group and lots of small children. The pool was a hit and the kids also loved all the games- ping pong, arcade games, air hockey.. The view is beautiful as well.

The property easily accommodated our large extended family. There are several places to gather; the deck is awesome; the family room and kitchen are big enough for everyone to eat together. Football fans escaped to the movie room to watch football. We even had a family talent show in the large family room.

View was amazing. Cabin was beautiful. I thought the pool and lazy river was heated.. but fyi it is not. Hot tubs were not hot either. But that would be my only complaint. Would definitely stay here again. Host was prompt with responses to questions. We ranged from 1 year to 87 years of age. The cabin meet everyone’s needs.

One of the best family vacations! Furnishings were very nice. The beds super soft and comfy. Everyone enjoyed having their own room and bathroom for privacy. The lazy river was fun for our two-year-old grandson. While the 20 somethings loved the hot tub. My favorite was gathering around the huge dinner tables to eat and visit with everyone as well as gathering for board games and laughs. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The house was great! There was plenty of room for all of us and we used most ammenities almost daily. All, especially the kiddos enjoyed the lazy river, pool and waterfall. The kitchen was fully equiped and we had plenty of room for dinners together. We especially enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the huge deck. Adam, the owner was very responsive with the few small issues we had. Our experience at the lazy river retreat was awesome!

Our family of 39 take a trip in various locations every 2 years and this home exceeded our expectations and was the best vacation in many years. Adam made sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive to any issues that came up. The home is perfect for large families. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the kids loved the pool and lazy river. Would definitely recommend this home and if we ever come back to this location we would stay here.

Our stay was great. I booked the house for all the children in our care from a children's home in Arkansas. The faces of the children were priceless when they walked into the house and saw everything. They kept saying things like "we feel rich" and "we get to live in a mansion this week." It was something none of them had ever experienced before and something they will not soon forget. There were 45 of us, so the house fit our needs perfectly. Communication with the property manager was excellent. You will find anything you need for your stay at the property.

Excellent location with amazing views from the back deck. Plenty to do inside and outside for kids and adults of all ages. Close to local attractions. We went to silver dollar city, whitewater, the strip for the aquarium and dolly stampede, a day on the lake and shopping at the outlet mall. Made most of our meals at the house which was well equipped to cook. Beds were comfortable. Nice setup for families with bed on all three levels. The downstairs lazy river and pool were great for Late night and rainy day swims. Miss watched a movie after swimming almost every night. We had more than 8 vehicles for our designated parking spots but were able to find free spots near by behind the pool. No regrets. We will keep this site in mind for future big family gathering in Branson.

Terrific location for a family reunion! The most spectacular views imaginable and a limitless list of things to do in the area. Amazing house with a breathtaking view

This house was perfect for our family/friends vacation. It fit 16 adults and 15 kids perfectly! The view was breathtaking and all the amenities kept our little ones busy the entire week. I highly recommend this property for your next big gathering to get away.

Williams Siblings Reunion

This is the most Beautiful and Spacious home that truly accommodated our family. The beds and sofa sleepers were very comfortable. The kitchen had double everything with plenty of dishes and utensils. What a breath taking View of the lake. We would definitely Stay again abd Adam Is The Best Host always Available.
