I don’t think I could say enough great things about this place. We had 12 family members that never felt cramped or crowded. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, cookware, and counter place. ALL furniture and furnitures are of high quality. Adam answered any question quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely be back.

Summer get away

The house was beautiful. All bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the game room. The highlight is the beautiful lake view. We all spent mornings and evenings on the porches. We hope to visit again sometime.

Perfect for family

Our family - ages 16 to 79 - stayed four nights. It is honestly the nicest VRBO we have had. The house was incredible. We especially appreciated the view of the lake and the sunsets. We used the hot tub and fire pit every night. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

This place was beautiful and well kept! Host was so attentive throughout the entire process and provided the perfect stay. Recommend 100%. I plan to book this again in the future. Although this house is about 30 mins away from Branson, there are still plenty of stores around and there is a nice lake about 7 mins away that allows swimming, fishing and boating.

We stay in a VRBO every year for vacation and they're always nice. This one was by far the best we have ever stayed in. Plenty of space, great location and view, very clean and tasteful. We cook a lot on vacation and we usually play a game of figuring out substitutions for utensil and dish etc., but not at this property. It had anything we needed with large quantity and high quality. And the rest of the house was the same. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here.

My family and I stayed 5 nights at Sunset Sanctuary. The house is absolutely beautiful. The view is stunning. Branson was only 30 minutes away from the cabin. Adam made sure our stay was perfect. This cabin is great for large families. If you would like a perfect location for your family vacation contact Adam, he is great!

Spring Break 2025

The view, the view, the view! After spending the last few spring breaks in the Gatlinburg area, we've enjoyed some impressive views, but this location offered an even more spectacular vista and was only half the drive. The house was ideal for our group of 11, comprising three families with six kids. Although it could comfortably accommodate a few more people, three families felt just right, allowing each family their own bathroom and a shared common bathroom on the main floor.The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils, providing everything we needed throughout our stay. The unique setup of the garage, a separate structure with two bedrooms located above a spacious five-car garage, was perfect for us. The garage's game room quickly became the kids' favorite hangout, providing welcome separation from their enthusiastic noise. We've stayed in other properties where the game room was located in a loft area or basement area, and this setup was far superior.The gas fire pit, paired with the stunning views, was truly the icing on the cake. Despite imperfect weather conditions during our visit, we enjoyed a few beautiful evenings around the fire pit, soaking in the sunsets and relaxing in the hot tub. Communication with the property manager via VRBO's texting feature was seamless and easy.We would absolutely stay here again, and we even remarked that it would be an incredible spot for a snowy long weekend, as the amazing view would be just as enjoyable.

Beautiful house with awesome view

We came with family and friends for fun, to relax, visit, shop, and entertainment. We choose this property for all it had to offer and it did not disappoint us. The house is beautiful inside and out, could not have ask for more. Has everything you need to enjoy your stay without worry. The view is so gorgeous, no matter what time of day. Loved looking out over the lake each day and especially watching the eagles fly right by our balcony. Had fun in the game room which had pool, video games, ping pong, air hockey, skeet ball and corn hole. Was so spacious that you could still find a place for some alone time. Hot tub was great to get in at night, very relaxing. Loved so much we are talking about coming again.

Beautiful vacation home

Traveled with extended family for a holiday weekend getaway at table rock lake. Our stay was wonderful! The pictures of the home do not do it justice! The home itself is very nice and the finishings are perfect. Having the guest house above the garage is a huge bonus when traveling with large groups so that everyone has space. Game room was so fun on a stormy night! Only recommendation would be updated appliances. There are only 3 working burners on the range. And we did have some trouble getting the dishwasher to run properly. But, this was very minor. Would recommend to any family!! We hope to be back soon!

Roton family Table Rock Lake Stay 2024

We enjoyed our stay, there were nine of us in all. The home was clean and ready for us. There was quite ample space to enjoy one another and for solitude. The hot tub was outstanding! I was highly impressed with the b-b-q grill and more than ample propane for grilling. The kitchen was well stocked and we never ran out of ice for sweet tea. Most of all, we got to see God’s awesomeness on display over the Lake every evening with gorgeous sunsets! One slight adjustment should be made about the home description: there was no 1/2 bath as described on vrbo. However, we highly recommend Sunset Sanctuary as a wonderful family vacation home and would definitely stay again.
