This beautifully crafted, ground-floor accommodation has been thoughtfully designed with comfort and luxury in mind. With access to two connected suites, it is an ideal choice for families or groups travelling together while still providing plenty of space and privacy. The unit is naturally air conditioned and offers stunning panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains.

When you enter, you’ll first arrive in the foyer, where ski and outdoor gear can be stored. From the foyer, there are two separate doors leading to each suite, and guests booking this accommodation have access to both.

The main space features a bright kitchen with beautiful white cabinets and everything you need for your stay, including a full-size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, range, cookware, dishware, and glassware. A coffee machine, grinder, kettle, and toaster are also provided, along with locally roasted coffee beans, oil, salt, and pepper.

The cozy living room features a gas fireplace and large windows with beautiful panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains. The dining area comfortably seats six, making it a great place for meals, games, or gathering together. Bar seating at the kitchen provides an additional spot for conversation.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with a cozy down duvet, along with both down and synthetic pillows in different heights. A floor fan is also provided for added comfort. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and its own ensuite bathroom, providing extra privacy and convenience.

There are two full bathrooms, and both feature comfortable in-floor heating. The main bathroom also includes a deep soaker tub and double vanity. A full-sized front-load washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway, and a private coat closet provides additional storage.

Step outside onto the private patio and enjoy beautiful mountain views, outdoor seating, and your own private hot tub—the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes or exploring Kimberley.

The shared outdoor pool and hot tub are open during ski and golf seasons. They typically close at the end of March and reopen for the May Long Weekend, but please check with your hosts for specific dates. The private hot tub remains available for your enjoyment.

For guests who are scent-sensitive or allergy-prone, the accommodation features a REME HALO by RGF Environmental Group, a powerful air purification system installed with guest comfort in mind.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
