"Everything was great from start to finish. The rooms are comfortable, staff are welcoming and helpful. All very clean throughout. The food was excellent although on the expensive side. Overall I would recommend to others and stay again."

"Parking is good we didn’t have a drink in the bar.
We have stayed here many times over the years but it has gone downhill.
Poor maintenance in the bathroom… no hot water for a shower or a wash!
Went to breakfast and was told we had to be finished within half an hour… people on the next table… the waitress actually asked them to leave!!
My husband complained at reception but they just said ok I’ll let them no… with no apology.
Also check in not very welcoming!
Also they have spoilt the...

"Clean room, lovely bar, nice range of drinks. Nice sunday dinner, great atmosphere, log fire bar.
Breakfast was the usual cereals etc, bacon, toast, sausage was Richmond (not my preferred). Nice fresh croissants and goot drink selection
I have stayed before and will stay again due to price, location, lovely romantic stay"
