"Location is excellent. However, standard of property is poor and in desperate need of some TLC and a deep clean. Examples are: Oven stinks of grease, mould in the shower, dirty skirting boards, paintwork scuffed and marked around table area and where bins have bashed into the walls, furniture heavily worn and stained, outside the bbq was unusable as totally rusted and the bench could do with a power wash and a repaint, the bathroom tap was too fierce shooting water everywhere which has...

"Lovely small cottage. Easy check in and check out. We were told on the day we could check in earlier than 5pm. Place was warm and comfortable. Good location and easy to find. Balloch nearby has some lovely food places. Firelogs were extra charge which was disappointing as usually is included as standard and you could only get it before 4.30 which is when we arrived so we didn't get to use this. Overall good stay."

"Caravan is lovely and comfortable, though can be noisy in stormy weather, though otherwise it's a quiet location. Drive is quite steep for parking. Fantastic views over Loch Long. Access drive is a single road, is quite steep in places and it can be tricky to find the caravan."

"The host was attentive, but the place was under renovation, and he didn’t tell us ahead of time. There were holes in the walls, the shelves were dirty and the whole air was dingy. We had to ask for a kettle and pots and pans. There was no sponge or fairy liquid or sponge to clean the plates. The cooker didn’t work; we had to wait until the night (11 pm) for it to work. It was not as advertised."
