Perfect ski house

Great ski weekend!

This is a wonderful house that easily accommodates a big group. It has a great layout and easy access to the slopes. We had a perfect weekend with friends here.

This House never Dissapoints! I should write a bad review just so I can open more weeks for my family!!!!! HAHA Best rental on Killington! And the folks who run this rental are top notch and by far the easiest to get a hold of. Be back soon!

Perfect Weekend

This home has it all!!!! It is the perfect balance between fun and Relax. It has everything you need and more. The Bedrooms are huge and the Kitchen is amazing. The wood burning FP makes the livingroom kick back time awesome! We will be going back again!

So comfortable and well appointed

Slopeside Estates is a beautiful and spacious home for large groups. The amenities continued to surprise us and basic supplies-coffee filters, paper towels, oils and spices etc.-were available and quite welcome. We had plenty of snow and could utilize the ski in ski out….there’s a very short hike up to the amazing ski locker room when you are finished skiing. Property Manager was extremely responsive.

Excellent for large families or groups of friends

This was our second stay at Slopeside and we hope to return again next year. With a large family, having 2 full-size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and 6 full-baths plus a powder room is ideal -- not to mention the generous ski room. The well-appointed kitchen has plenty of storage in the kitchen and 2 bonus floor heaters for quick heat in the morning. There were a few issues with the washer but they were quickly addressed and settled.

The house is lovely and most bedrooms have a dedicated bathroom which is very functional for a large family get together. We have rented this property twice and I will say that the master bath continues to leak to the bedroom below (same leak a year later) and it’s disappointing that this hasn’t been fixed. However, the property location is amazing and in general the house is gorgeous and wellEquipped. We really enjoyed the heated equipment room we hopped right on the trails.

We had our extended family with 9 people from Dec 27 - Jan 2 and had a terrific time. The house fit everyone very comfortably. Really appreciated the ski room downstairs, the game room, the great fireplace, the kitchen, and of course the hot tub. Had a couple minor things that needed fixed (e.g., light bulbs) and the SkiOnSkiOff team was very responsive. Thank you!

I highly reccommend this home for any family who likes to spend quality time together. The house and it's 5 bedrooms each with its own bathroom was spacious, well maintained, clean, and had every amenity you could ask for. Ski on and off or as we did in the summer time explore the bike and hiking trails and visit the great Kilington Mountain and go down the thrilling Alpine slide! The Foundry restaurant was wonderful for celebrating our birthdays as well as the Hops on the Hill and Longtrail Brewery. A gorgeous home for sure!

July 4th Family Reunion in the VT Mountains

Reviewer Comments: My family with 2 teens, my brother's family with 3 young children, and my sister-in-law's family with 3 tweens stayed here for the July 4th long weekend. The weather was why you'd go to the mountians in the summer -- sunny 80s during the day and cool 50s in the evening -- perfect for hiking the Quechee Gorge, playing at the Killington Adventure Center, dining at Killington's great restaurants (uncrowded in the summer), relaxing in the hot tub with your favorite beverage, and falling asleep to the sound of the nearby creek! If you had an unlimited amount of money, this is the house you'd build for yourself and your family and friends -- a bathroom for every bedroom, 3 master suites with 55" TVs and high-tech toilets, 2 dishwashers on either side of the kitchen sink, 2 full-size SubZero fridges, a wine fridge, a beer fridge, an island that seats 8, a dining table that seats 10, a spring-loaded hot tub cover that 1 person can operate, and a cathedral ceiling living room with ottomans to put your feet up! We've rented in the Berkshires, White Mountains, and Green Mountains in the summer and winter, you won't find a more luxurious or thoughtfully-designed house than the Slopeside Estate!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of 12 guys had an awesome time at this house. It is a perfect location which is true to the ski on ski off name. A nice ride down to the Skyeship Gondola which brings you up the mountain. The location is ideal for midday breaks utilizing the Great Eastern trail. The house itself is unbelievable. It is well equipped with everything you could imagine needing. Daily trash pickups were ideal and there was plenty of firewood. So much room where you are never on top of each other. Plenty of seating, the kitchen is perfect and there are no words that can describe the steam shower and Toto toilet in the master bedroom...just the cherry on top of a great trip. We would definitely book again and the staff at ski on ski off were very accommodating,especially Alex...thanks for your help.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect! I have many positive things to say. However, when I read review I also like to see what could be better. While the location to the Great Eastern trail was ideal, and the 'ski off' was great, must keep in mind the house is not situated perfectly for 'ski on' It does require some uphill hiking back into the house. We got used to this very quickly, and we had two feet of fresh snow the first day, so I guess I'm just whining. I would hope the owners could find a way to make a trail back up to the house. A couple things didn't work in the kitchen that well, but overall that is the worst I can say. The management company did a fantastic job in answering my txt messages and when we need additional blankets for the kids they were there in less than four hours. When we needed wood, no problem, stacked on the deck in less than four hours. We will be back!

The Perfect Corporate Retreat!

Had roughly 24 guys rotate in and out of the home over the course of 4 nights. Sleeps 16 comfortably... plenty of parking. Cleaning crew came in mid-week and changed linens and towels... and cleaned up the rest of the house. Firewood replenished as requested. Would definitely rent this home again!
