Welcome to Highridge C7, a spacious one-bedroom plus loft mountain retreat located at the base of Killington Mountain on East Mountain Road. Offering comfortable accommodations for up to six guests, this inviting condo is the perfect choice for families and groups looking to enjoy the best of Killington year-round. The main level features a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, and plenty of space to relax after a day on the slopes or trails. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, while the dining area comfortably seats six for family dinners or game nights. The main-level bedroom features two twin bunk bed sets, making it an ideal space for kids or additional guests, along with a full bathroom and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. Upstairs, the private loft offers a king bed and an attached full bathroom with a private sauna, creating the perfect retreat to unwind after skiing, hiking, or mountain biking. Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center with an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, game room, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area. Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival. Whether you're relaxing by the fire, enjoying the private sauna, or exploring everything Killington has to offer, Highridge C7 provides the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and mountain charm for an unforgettable getaway. Things to keep in mind: • Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. Additional cleaning fees may apply if smoking occurs in the unit. • Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees may apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property. • Pool towels for the Sports Center are provided in the condo. • Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the condo. • EV chargers cannot be used until registration is complete. Early registration is required, and guests must download the SWTCH app to register. • Shuttle service is offered during the winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. • The ski-home trail is dependent on natural snow conditions. • Some third-party booking sites may categorize this property as ski-in/ski-out. The condos offer ski-home access only, weather permitting, and we are unable to change how third-party sites display their categories or amenities. • Minimum age to rent this condo is 24. • The Highridge Sports Center is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days per week. • A $500 security deposit is required on the morning of arrival.
