The builing was under construction, which roof work was listed as what to know. HOWEVER we were not informed that our bedroom windows would be boarded shut and the balcony would be unavailabe for use. The door to the balcony was also boraded shut and workers spent all day on it. We could even get a breeze or open the curtains during the day. The workers started at 6 a.m. which was too early for waking up on vacation. We called vacasa twice to get fans with no results until we ran into the Green Mountian building manager the next day. She did bring us fans so we could be comfortable. Extremely disappointed in the whole stay.

All windows in unit were boarded up with ply wood and 2/3rd of the sliding glass door was boarded up with plywood. The unit was incredibly hot as there were no windows to let air in. I believe the boarded up windows in the bedroom are also a fire hazard. The description did not mention any of this, nor did the pictures. The description did mention construction would be being done in 2024, but this is 2025. Do not stay here. We booked a hotel room close by, and were lucky we found a place that had availability on such short notice. I would not recommend staying here.

Couldn’t get a key card to use the amenities until the third day of our stay. Then on the day of checkout a contractor was banging on our door at 7am advising us we had to vacate the premises in 30 minutes because they were working on the roof.

MLK weekend getaway

Condo was as listed- spacious, comfortable and convenient for an easy weekend of skiing at Killington. The cleaning service could be a little more detail oriented when it comes to nooks and crannies but overall the condo was clean enough for myself and my two kids. Kitchen could amenities could use some updating but nothing that would keep me from booking this condo again.

Killington

Check in process is frustrating. Second time renting a unit and second time the check in process was botched. Wrong code was given and very difficult to gain access and took a decent amount of time to get in the unit. Again- frustrating. Other than that the unit and experience was good.

Probably better in ski season

The apartment was well equipped and the bedding and furniture were very comfortable. The biggest problem we had was how hot it was. The airflow in the unit is not great and there were only two little fans for the entire place. That was a little rough. Also, the parking situation wasn’t clear in the listing but ended up being fine. Had to park in the dirt lot across the street. Overall it was good and we had a really nice stay.

The building is poorly marked and difficult to find. The help numbers where useless. Each unit has a numbered parking space you are not allowed to use. The parking was far away and not plowed well.We did like the unit itself once we were settled. The building itself is old and needs upgrading. Great location and view. Nice shower and kitchen.

The place was well taken care of, comfortable and about 7 minute walk to the snowshed lodge. The home was represented accurately on listing. The only reason for a 4 rating vs a 5 is the stocking and quality of the kitchen. The kitchen was lacking the number of quality cookware needed when cooking for 6 people and water machine leaking on the floor. The last minor thing is cookware was in terrible condition-scratched and uneven. we had to rush to get a pan, pot and aluminum foil ourselves in snowy day. Overall the stay was great, just minor inconveniences you don’t expect with a luxury rental. The property manager-Amber was responsive and I am sure these minor issues will be fixed and I do recommend this location.

Located directly above the restaurant a Private party kept us up late Saturday night With loud music playing after 10 which is quiet hours. It was difficult to have our 3 and 5 year old sleep through it

Good location with excellent view and close proximity to the mountain. amenities were advertised but were closed for the entire week. We booked this resort for the hot tub,Pool, workout room, basketball courtsandFireplace. We were not notified prior to paying our final payment. I believe a partial refund should be given. We had to find a hot tub at another place. Disappointed Wendy from Ohio. Would not recommend.

We usually stay at mountain green and have stayed in different condos in this building and bldg 2. This was our favorite condo in the entire resort so far. Perfect for our family!

Great ski location

Great condo. Didn't really use the living room/ tv much. Too tired after full day of skiing. Kitchen fairly well equipped. Could use 1 cup glass measuring cup that goes to 1/4 cup. Some plans and utensils in peninsula. Only real complaint is listing says mix of reserved and open spaces in parking garage. Signs on garage say All Spaces Reserved. All but 3 had signs on the spaces indicating the unit they belonged to. I could not find anyone that could say if the 3 unmarked were available. Called local Vacasa number and they said to check with condo mgmt. Condo mgmt said to check with rental agency. Parking lot directly across from front entrance has signs saying No Overnight Parking but it was not an issue. We didn't see any snow during the week so the lot didn't need to be plowed.

Close to the mountain

We had a wonderful stay. The property was close to the mountain, clean, and cozy. We will definitely stay here again when we go mountain biking or snowboarding!

Rt 100 tour

We stayed at the condo for a few nights while we did the Rt 100 tour. It was a perfect mid way location if you’re breaking the tour up into a couple of days. The condo was clean and I would have no problem staying there again.
