the nest at killcare will delight! Enjoy the spaces for quiet contemplation surrounded by nature or enjoy dining with friends and family coming together after time apart. In winter snuggle with a book by the fireplace or watch the winter migration of the whales, in summer open the doors and let the summer breeze in. This home is also pet friendly (see pet policy below).

This architecturally designed beach house captures the stunning ocean views from Killcare to Putty Beach over three levels and offers the ultimate in contemporary, beach-side living. The top floor has the convenience of a powder room, the fully equipped recently refurbished kitchen with gas cooking and two fridges, a reading lounge with work station and of course the spectacular dining area with seating for 12. Both lounge areas open up to outdoor entertaining areas that capture both the beach and bush vistas. The BBQ and outdoor setting is perfect for balmy summer evenings.

The middle level has four double bedrooms all with ducted AC all with quality linen, built-in robes and ceiling fans. The master has an ensuite and deck access. The main bathroom with shower and bath is also on this level along with the laundry with washer and dryer. An external hot shower makes post-beach swims a treat.

The ground floor is ideal for a teenage recluse with a fifth bedroom with two single beds and its own garden access. There is a split system air conditioning down here along with a recently completed third bathroom and access to the garage.

The garden will delight with meandering paths and a kids cubby house set among the back drop of Bouddi National Park. The patrolled area of Killcare beach and the naturally formed rock pool is just down the hill, along with hot chips and milkshakes from the beach kiosk.

As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct, in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest. This will help ensure your stay is enjoyed without interruption.

Pets: This property is pet friendly with prior approval from the owners. Pets are to be kept off carpeted areas, beds, couches, cushions and other soft furnishings. The Location

Killcare is the secret gem of the Central Coast. Surrounded by Bouddi National Park there are numerous bushwalks to seven secluded beaches. Killcare Beach is patrolled over the summer months with a kiosk and restaurant at the Surf Club. The southern end has the added bonus of a natural rock pool ideal for the little ones. Putty Beach at the northern end of the beach is ideal for snorkelling, fishing or swimming as it is protected from the swell.

The village precinct of Hardys Bay has everything you need from a general store and bottle shop, art gallery and boutique shopping to cafes with freshly baked breads and pastries. There are some great restaurants for an evening out. Further around towards Wagstaffe you can catch a ferry to Palm Beach or hire out the tennis courts.
