We had a really great stay. The coastal view is absolutely stunning and was one of our favourite things about the house. The house itself is spacious, which worked perfectly for our larger family, and the decor is tasteful without feeling overdone. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were big — which made getting everyone ready in the mornings much easier. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay in a beautiful spot.

Everything we wanted

A group of friends wanting a comfortable base, close to all Killcare and surrounds have to offer. View spectacular, all amenities required, comfortable beds, great layout, well equipped kitchen, plenty of parking- it was exactly what we needed and made a great weekend easy.

Beautiful place for a family holiday

The house was wonderful- so big that there was plenty of space for everyone and the dog. The view at sunset was breathtaking every day. We loved playing ping pong & had a great dinner across the rd.

Great location and great property

The house is 2 minutes drive from the beach. It’s spacious and has everything you need for a family stay. We added the extra for linen and it was worth it. Thanks!

The house was big and the location great. The carpets need to be replaced and the shower floor when wet is very dangerous, needs a mat.

Christmas Week

The house was excellent. It was large and comfortable for 6 adults and one baby but could easily accommodate more adults as the beds were queen size plus the master was a king. We entertained very easily on the deck with fabulous views to Palm Beach. The kitchen was generously equipped. Thoroughly recommended!!!

had a wedding at Bells. was so good to be 200m from the venue. Close to all the sites and cafes. stayed as a few couples and had a lovely time in the house

Great home, wonderful view

The property was in a great location further from the beach than what I expected. Good WiFi as 2 of my children needed to work from home while away. Kitchen was well set up with everything we needed. Recycling bin was not emptied when we arrived and not emptied the entire time we were there, although on road. Overall very good accommodation, although the main bed could be up-dated.

Beautiful view perfect for a family get together!

So much space and plenty of sleeping options! The single beds have trundle beds underneath, study with futon bed and two additional living areas down stairs! Perfect for large family or multiple families with kids. Close to the beach, and lovely quiet neighbourhood. Very clean and modern, with lots of bathrooms! You can get lost in this place! Dog friendly yard too! We had the best time, and hope to book it again soon!

Great place

We had a great few days away, the house was fantastic for a couple of families. The kids loved the table tennis and we all loved the few. Fantastic space!

Family Fun

Super spacious and perfect for our family get together of 6 adults, 3 kids and a cavoodle! Very well equipped with plenty of crockery, glassware, kids cups/plates and even a basket of toys. Stunning views back to Palm Beach as we BBQd on the deck. Wandered across the road to Bells Larder for coffees and amazingly good bread and pastries! The whole Killcare area is incredibly picturesque and quite adorable!

Fantastic stay at a great location

Had a fabulous time staying here with a group of 8. Good location near Killcare beach which is not as popular but just as enjoyable as Terrigal/Avoca. Great kitchen and the table tennis table was a good source of entertainment.

Perfect for big groups

We had a big family event nearby and 3 small families stay in this property and everyone was very happy. A great option for big groups.

Needs a spring clean

The property whilst lovely for a large family gathering really needed a good spring clean. Quilt covers needed to be freshened, grimey marks on switches,walls and windows needed to be addressed.

This house is absolutely incredible and exactly like the pictures and even more! The most perfect house for a group and a hidden gem. Would definitely recommend for a good weekend away and if for a wedding at bells, an easy walk.

What a fantastic house with superb views across to palm beach. We had 10 of us staying for a 50th Birthday and had heaps of room . Great local restaurants just down the road & courtesy bus picked us all up to the Empire Bay tavern. Would have loved to have been able to stay longer than the weekend

Stunning Location

It was a pleasure to deal with Christine and very easy. The house was great for our big group with kids who loved the playroom downstairs. The view was amazing! The only suggestion is that linen and towels be provided and you charge more - we were happy to pay for the service anyway.But otherwise a great stay! Thanks!!
